Update after response from Burguer King: I see that to all the negative opinions of this place -- (which are many) you respond "very kindly" but I do not identify that you take any real action in this regard (the bad opinions reflecting the poor treatment of the staff to the clients, and specifically from DIVINI, about whom we heard many bad comments from other regular clients while we were in the establishment and they witnessed what happened, commenting that it was something normal for her and her lack of education). Being a serious company is demonstrated by eradicating these behaviors and taking measures with those workers who do not know how to treat people (especially when it comes to children), and not just "with good words"... You will know what you are doing, but it is shameful that you continue to allow these behaviors and that you have to resort to the police and complaints of objective discrimination (not to mention that in the case of my daughter, she also has a disability). Please: don't just stop at "words" and take real action like "Royal", "Kings" or whatever you like to call yourself... Workers like this, in my opinion, are redundant or end up being a representation of their brand (for all intents and purposes) if they continue to allow it... Shameful... A tout cela s'ajoute un petit endroit, avec une seule personne qui sert (et avec ces mauvaises manières), des produits lents et manquants de la commande dans la livraison. Pour ne pas revenir faire un rapport. Si vous le pouvez, adressez-vous à la concurrence qui a sûrement un meilleur service et un meilleur service client.

Aucune excuse de la part de son employé DIVINI, en plus de très mauvaises manières et manières que toutes les personnes présentes sur les lieux ont pu constater. Todo de malas maneras (por parte de DIVINI) y con un policia viendo todo dentro del local que sólo la llamó la atención sin una mísera disculpa o explicación por su parte, indicándome que si quería me fuera a comisaría a interponer una denuncia.

A todo esto sumar un local pequeño, con una sóla persona atendiendo (y con esos malos modales), lento, y faltando productos del pedido en la entrega.

Para no volver y denunciar. Si podéis, ir a la competencia que seguro tienen mejor servicio y...

Esperienza pessima al Burger King. Abbiamo ordinato tramite il totem, ma non è stato stampato lo scontrino per evidente mancanza di carta. Dopo un’attesa interminabile, durante la quale usciva un ordine take-away ogni 10 minuti, finalmente arriva il nostro turno. Spieghiamo alla commessa che la carta era finita, mostrando la prova di pagamento effettuata tramite applicazione 30 minuti prima. La ragazza scura di pelle (di cui sottolineo l’aspetto solo per identificarla, senza alcun intento discriminatorio) si è dimostrata di una cafonaggine incredibile, assumendo un atteggiamento arrogante e maleducato. Ha iniziato a mettere in dubbio che l’ordine fosse nostro, interrogandoci come una detective dilettante sui dettagli dei panini e delle bevande. Nonostante avessimo elencato correttamente sia i panini sia le bevande, ha cercato di invalidare l’ordine sostenendo che non fosse nostro perché non avevamo specificato che le bevande fossero grandi. Era ovvio che stesse facendo apposta per creare problemi inutili. Nonostante le nostre spiegazioni e la prova evidente che il totem non emetteva ricevute (come confermato anche da altri clienti presenti), ha continuato con atteggiamenti sprezzanti e altezzosi. Il peggio è stato quando, in modo davvero maleducato, ha iniziato a parlare con un rider, prendendoci in giro e facendo commenti irrispettosi, convinta che non capissimo il francese. Inoltre, si è mostrata chiaramente scocciata nel dover interagire in inglese con altre persone presenti, mettendo in piedi un teatrino patetico e ridicolizzando chi non parlava francese. Sembrava più interessata a fare spettacolo che a svolgere il proprio lavoro, come una giullare di corte. Dopo un’attesa di oltre mezz’ora (durante la quale il nostro Uber ha dovuto aspettare), è intervenuta una collega (una ragazza bionda), che in meno di 10 secondi ha risolto la situazione, confermando che l’ordine era chiaramente nostro. La differenza tra le due era abissale: mentre la seconda è stata gentile e professionale, l’altra ha continuato con i suoi atteggiamenti sarcastici e irrispettosi fino alla fine. Un servizio inaccettabile, reso ancora più spiacevole dalla totale cafonaggine e dall’atteggiamento indegno della commessa. Evitate questo Burger...

As others reviews, slowest food / staffs / working attitude…. The staffs over there only one people taking care of the delivery order only … the other one took her nice meal bag went out and enjoying her smoking leisure moment, although inside with more 20 people waiting their orders.

Can not say how long waiting for their food, at least mines was over 30 mins, and no one care about you. At the end my 36 euros I made the decision let it go to the hell.
