Chez Pippo Traiteur — Restaurant in Paris

First of all, the waitress lady was lovely and we chatted loads. Food was the worst during these five days in Paris. Sizes of pasta were like kids sizes, for €18 it was a rip off. I ordered meat. Potatoes tasted microwaved and the beef was super undercooked but also cold. Zero seasoning. Not even salt. I swallowed what I could, and decided to ask to cook it a bit more. The lovely lady brought me a new meal but meat was very thin, overcooked and dry. It was very chewy. Looked like a shoe sole. I mean, I’m South American and I know about good meat…. So disappointing. It hurt my heart and wallet to pay €34 for the worst beef I have ever had. I mean, happy to pay €74 in total for food that is worth to enjoy. This was completely a rip off. Sorry Chez Pippo, coming from an Italian background and eating mostly Italian food, I cannot, not write this review. Please consider this as an eye opener not an offence. The food is horrible. A Big offence to the Italian cuisine, which happens to be my favourite. Not authentic at all. Pizza was undercooked, the Lasagne was drier than my Grandmother who died ten years ago, and the taste was not the best. The fish in the pasta was probably off as it tasted very weird. We only ate the food because we were extremely hungry and tired. Very disappointing! Best of all from this culinary experience, was the waiter who was very nice and friendly. Food for thought..,...
