Place is a little bigger (two stories) than other restaurants in the vicinity so it's easier to find an empty table. We picked here for a friday evening which helps a lot. Since it's a mix of different Asian kitchens has a taste of its own (It's a mix not a fusion). We tried most of the stuff. Entrances was good except 4 season raviolis, they look cool but too oily. Also pancakes was not special. Gyozas were ok, kimchi was very good. They should have a little more main courses. There is lots of small dishes to try but main courses are limited. Though plates were keep coming to our table like a busy station, i peeked at other tables and see most people prefers noodles or bento boxes. maybe they care about their health more than us, maybe it's the thing to go for this restaurant. Service was good, staff was friendly, prices are reasonable. It's a good place to go with your friends before going...
Read moreTar Dong Gwan is a gem in Paris, not only for its incredible Korean cuisine but also for its kindness and service. I accidentally left some shopping bags at the restaurant, and when I returned, they handed them to me with a warm smile. That level of care truly makes you feel at home.🙏🏻
As for the food, each dish is a delicious experience. The kimchi is outstanding, perfectly balanced in flavor, and the bulgogi is tender and juicy, bringing authentic Korean taste to every bite. The mandu are also a must-try, with a delightful texture and filling that make each bite special. Without a doubt, I’ll be coming back for the food and the wonderful service that make Tae Dong Gwan a unique...
Read moreI won’t lie, we’ve been to this place because we were left with no other choice, but I am glad we did ! The queue in the other restaurants of the street we initially selected was too long. We were given a table in the underground floor which was less noisy and busy than the first floor. I ordered a beef curry ramen which was very tasty. I’m not sure the seasoning was authentically Korean though. Gyozas and garlic fried chicken were not the best I had but still pretty good. We had sticky rice for sharing and it was delicious, although overpriced given the portion. Other than that prices are affordable, especially the ramen soup menu which is...
