I made a first time reservation at the Frame restaurant due to the close proximity to the Eiffel Tower, great prices, and the incredible menu options. I attended the Frame restaurant with my husband, my brother and his partner. I put in a request to be seated somewhere with a great view of the Eiffel Tower, which was accommodated and greatly appreciated! My husband and I were visiting from Germany and my brother and his partner were visiting from USA and we were very grateful to be able to communicate with the staff in English (considering we don’t speak French and possibly a small chance a staff member who spoke German). I was meeting with my brother after not seeing him for over 10 years and wanted to celebrate our reunion at your greatly reviewed and recommended restaurant. We are suuuper glad we did! The staff were extremely respectful, helpful, and attentive. Our family is deeply involved in the hotel and gastronomy business (high end Chef with Michelin star experience in Germany and overseas experience and a restaurant manager with a US Bachelors Degree in Hotel-and Restaurant Management). You are treated with smiles from helpful and friendly staff. The restaurant was very nicely lit, incredibly spacious, one didn’t need to squeeze through the tables and chairs to reach your destination. I must say the tableware was clean, the glasses and utensils were shined and polished. The food came very quickly and was presented nicely on the plates. We ordered steak with eggplant caviar and Jus sauce x3 and a lobster roll with a small salad and side of sweet potato fries. The steak tasted great, the Jus sauce was a bit overcooked and bitter and so was the eggplant caviar which had started to turn gray probably due to overcooking of improper cooling but at least the expensive part of the meal (the steak) was amazing. The lobster roll came with three small slices of lobster and a bit of coleslaw. Which consisted mostly of bread which made it a bit dry to swallow. BUT it was a very tasty roll overall, the small salad was slightly oiled with chili flakes it was okay and the sweet potatoes fries were some of the best I’ve had and very crispy and flaky (I’ll definitely miss those). I am aware that due to my family restaurant/hotel and high end chef experience that my expectations in the food can be very high and critical but the things that I found most important from the restaurant were fulfilled, which is all that counts for me. Thanks to the Frame restaurant I have had an unbelievably great experience with my brother with an incredible view and decent food. The overall experience at the Frame restaurant was very pleasant due to the cleanliness, courteous staff and great prices. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and will always have you guys in my heart. Thank you for helping my family build beautiful memories at your...

We were so excited to dine hear after hearing phenomenal recommendations and seeing other good reviews online. When we arrived, we ordered small plates and main dishes. We enjoyed our small plates very much, but were very disappointed with the rest of the experience and how poorly the front of house staff at Frame Brasserie treat their guests.
After finishing our small plates, we waited over 1 hour without anyone came by our table. During that time, we saw multiple other parties sat by us and then receive multiple orders while we waited. We never saw our original waiter again. And most of the staff ignored us entirely, even when we tried to wave them to come by our table. When we finally did catch a waiter’s attention, we asked if they knew where our food was and they went find out. By this point it was over 1 hour 30 minutes after we finished our small plates and we no longer wanted the main dishes. The second wait never returned and we had to ask two other waiters to come by and explain we no longer wanted the dishes and we just wanted the bill so we could leave. It felt like we were invisible to the entire staff and the never even noticed we were there.
We waited another 20mins and then a fifth waiter came by with the main dishes and left then running before we could explain we didn’t want them. Both dishes were very hot (with steaming rising from them), indicating the staff did forget about us and had just asked the kitchen to expedite our food (2 hours after we ordered it!). We tried to explain we didn’t want it still and just get the bill, but the waiter left and never came back. Finally we gave up and tried to force feed ourselves because we didn’t want to waste the food we inevitably were going to have to pay for now. But we could barely eat more than a few bites.
When they finally came by, we asked to please bring us the bill. This took another 20 minutes. Then a waiter came by with the card reader and told us three separate credit cards from different providers didn’t work. We ask if the reader was broken and he told us it couldn’t be and we tried a fourth card that also didn’t work. We had to ask them to please bring a different reader and that one worked with the first card we tried!
This was an absolutely terrible dining experience, a waste of money, and not exemplary of Parisian restaurants. This was also our last day in Paris and now we our going to remember this awful moment as well as a fine dining experience! Avoid this place and dine at any of the establishments nearby that will happily welcome you, unlike Frame where they only ignore or forget about...
Read moreThis restaurant is a tourist trap and preys on people staying at the Pullman hotel - with a steady inventory of hotel guests they have no need to offer superior service or high quality food.
Recommend not coming here - anything in the neighborhood is better including street food. Terrible service and not high-end food or on par with standards of the Pullman hotel attached.
We (my husband and two boys) just ate here tonight for our last night in Paris - huge disappointment. I asked for my steak to be cooked well done and sent it back twice over the course of an hour and 45 mins. We felt trapped there after a long day at the Louvre. As we asked for our check to leave (it was now 2215), they brought the steak out again now with sauce on it that was supposed to be on the side. They still charged us for the steak despite it still being wrong for a third time and being held captive at the restaurant for an hour and 45 mins! We just wanted it to be over. Our total for two adults and two kids were 220 euro.
Waitress (Indian lady) was no where to be found most of the night and did not care to make the situation right just tried to excuse it because “they were busy”. She was just rude and not helpful. I am literally going to bed hungry tonight because it’s 2258 and not worse the hassle - I had some of my son’s fries and will just wait until breakfast. We had a three day stay in Paris with amazing experiences, food, and customer service the whole trip except this meal. We enjoyed cafes to restaurants that were superior to Frame - diverse food. The incident is isolated to this poorly managed restaurant.
Stay away from this place - notice the response to these low rated reviews are pretty much a blurb they copy and paste. Do not fall into their convenience trap when staying at the hotel. I thought the place would be good for 4/5 reviews - do not make that mistake. I should have read the low rating and recent...
