Fukushima — Restaurant in Paris

We dined at FUKUSHIMA near the Eiffel Tower, and it was by far the worst experience we’ve had at a Japanese restaurant in Paris. The service was incredibly slow and disorganized. My fried rice and tempura arrived quickly, but my two friends waited over 20 minutes for their food. By the time one of their orders finally arrived, I had already finished eating. To make things worse, they forgot the other order entirely, despite my friend confirming it twice with the server, who had a poor attitude (an older lady). She even tried to blame us, saying we were just pointing at the food.

As for the food, it was very disappointing. The shrimp in the tempura was tiny, the fried rice was too sweet, and the fried chicken was mostly just small pieces of chopped chicken heavily breaded in flour. It took 20 minutes to arrive, and the only sauce they had was a basic sweet and sour sauce you could easily buy from a grocery store. Overall, this place is not worth the price, and we will definitely not be coming back.

The price is very reasonable and affordable in compare to all other places. It’s a bit off the main streets area but near the Bir Hakeim Station. We had the beef udon(10.5 €) fried rice, eels rice bowl, and grilled skewers sample. They were all very tasty and perfect to the flavor. It is a small place so the service i a bit slow due to staffing but not that long at all. The serves speak fluently English and French. They even gave us a 1.5L Evian bottle water. The side dish salad that come with the main course are seasoning flavor-fully. My nephew literally eat everything and leaves nothing behind. I definitely...

I wish I could give 0 star. This is the most terrible Japanese restaurant in my life. Waited 15mins for them to clean up our table after we got seated (asked three times, but they ignored or spoke in Chinese that I don't understand), waited another 40mins for us to get my dish, waited another 15mins to get my husband's dish (by the time we got his food, I already finished my dish), waited again for check....Food was terrible. It is hard to screw udon, but they did...and I got food poisoning. Overall service and food, I never understand how they operate this restaurant like this in this big city Paris...don't...
