Super terrible bad experience.
I went into this restaurant because other pho restaurants were closed at around 3 pm and I'm a fan of pho. It's a total miserable experience that I have ever had. No joke, it ruins my favor for pho.
I started to regret at the second minutes but I should leave at that time because every following time was more and more intolerable.
We ordered hanoi pho and fried noodles with children. The owner seemed to be nice and warm at first but it's turned out she didn't prepare for anything.
At first, she showed us the rice noodles and the chickens for the dishes, which made u think you will have all of them. However, when u observed the whole process, u'll find u finally get ridiculous small portion. The show was just a show.
The most miserable thing was the waiting time. We're the only customers and just ordered two dishes, it took us nearly 50 minutes to get them. I reminded her at very start that we need to go quickly. Every time u asked how long does it take, u got the answer 5 minutes.
She started with polishing her stoves, heating water and other unrelated stuffs. You might think the dishes are freshly cooked so it takes time. Then you fool.
I was standing there and clearly saw what happened. For pho, She boiled hot water and put the rice noodles in, add seasoning bag, which u can easily get from Asian markets. Finally put several coriander. For fried noodles with children, the noodles was heated in microwave and stired in the pan. The children was heated too and several slices were chosen to put on the top of noodles. That's all. It took me 50 minutes to wait.
I was very angry. I can make 30 dishes at the same time!!! As for the taste, I don't want to comment. U can cook the fast noodles by yourself.
The closing show was about the bill. When I was waiting, I started to read the Google reviews about this restaurant and saw several comments that she charged more. The same drama was played for us, she said the fried noodles was 14 Euros instead of 13 on the menu, because her son didn't correct the price. We're exhausted and don't have time to argue.
I can't believe such a terrible bad restaurant can exist in Paris and I can't believe people like me still entered into it even with so many real comments online.
Hope other people won't be...
