Pedimos un risotto cremoso con pesto y gambas, y no fue nada satisfactorio. El risotto está muy pasado y era una pasta incomible y las gambas dejaban en boca mal gusto, típico de cuando ya tienen días. También incomibles. Si estáis de vacaciones por aquí, no perdáis el tiempo ni el dinero. Además en camarero no nos entendía ni hablándole en francés ni hablando en inglés.

Además nos han chantajeado con que si nos les poníamos la reseña mala nos cobraban la mitad. Una vergüenza.

Expliquemos varias cosas:

No hemos sido agresivos en ningún momento pero obviamente cuando te quejas de 3 platos no puedes hacerlo con una sonrisa en la cara. Como profesional debéis entender que hemos ido a un Bar-Restaurante con hambre después de esta visitando la cuidad y nos hemos ido casi sin comer. Además la solución de repetir los platos después de que de 3 de 4 platos no estuvieran comibles no era serio.

Por otro lado el comentario por vuestra parte “Otra historia de chantaje con la reseña” ya demuestra la falta de interés y profesionalidad, en entender verdaderamente lo que ha pasado y cómo solucionarlo. Nosotros NO hemos pedido ningún descuento, simplemente no queríamos pagar por unos platos que no nos hemos acabado comiendo. Ofrecer un postre no es la solución.

Por vuestra parte las palabras exactas han sido “si no me quita una estrella de valoración en Google Maps te toca pagar la cuenta completa, si la quitas dime cuánto quieres pagar” y os hemos pedido descontar solo dos platos de los tres mal cocinados para ser justos.

Por último preguntar a un comensal por su nacionalidad en medio de un conflicto y al saber que éramos españoles, poner cara de entenderlo todo como si fuera algo normal y marcharse, no es nada profesional para un responsable o gerente de un establecimiento de restauración.

No nos hemos inventado nada simplemente explicamos lo ocurrido. Una pena no haber hecho fotos al plato para demostrar lo que contamos.
