Ordered a crepe from their window/take out area. All the other crepe stands we had been to on our visit to Paris made the crepes fresh, right in front of us, by pouring batter onto the crepe pan and then adding the flavours/fillings we asked for. This place pulled a pre-made crepe out of a drawer from under the counter and rewarmed it on their pan before handing it to us.
While waiting we saw that there were flies walking over the donuts under the glass - hard to tell in the attached photo, but those chocolate sprinkles are not all sprinkles. The pastry selection seemed very north american and not like the beautiful french pastries we had from other shops.

Read moreThis place has the most delightful location of any restaurant. Away from the noise of cars and traffic, you have nothing but the beauty of the park, the shade of the trees, and The outside breezes.
I have eaten here a few times. The sit-down dining part is very nice, and the food is rather good.
But, beware the take away food kiosk side. The prices remain high, but the quality drops a couple of points. Reheated crèpes and day-old baked goods accompany the nescafé pod coffees.
