Loved it! See what I ate: 1) Corsican cheese (ewe’s milk) with a “Apple Sauce” type of purĂȘ was AMAZING! 2) Raw Tuna with the sauce was delicious! What was that sauce! I need the recipe. I wanted to dip the bread on the sauce a million times. So good. 3) Ricotta Raviolli was really good, but you have to eat it with all the ingredients together. The white asparagus was delicious. 4) Cuttlefish was not my favorite but the quality was phenomenal and was a bit heavy with the raw cream (milk cream). I’d like it to be less oily our saucy. 5) Pear (poached) with homemade ice cream was delicious! I’d eat that over and over again. Total for 2 people with all this and wine was $110 euros, which I think it’s a very good price. The quality of everything was really good - all fresh and seasonal ingredients. The menu changes a bit every season.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Don’t go!

When me and my friend (both Chinese) arrived without reservation, we’re told that they have no table left except the 2 bar seats 1 step away from the door, so we sat there. The restaurant has 2 floors and most tables were out of sight from the bar where we sat. However, while we’re waiting for our food, 6 different groups of guests came (each group had 2-4 people). All of them were immediately seated at table seats. We heard them say that they didn’t reserve.

We asked the guy who looks like the manager why he wouldn’t give us a table while there’re so many left, he simply replied ‘no, no, no, the other guests have reservations’. (But clearly they don’t) When we confronted him again he tried to ignore us, but we insisted so he called us ‘aggressive’, and pointed at the door telling us to ‘just go / just leave’.

This is our 3rd time in Paris and this is certainly THE WORST restaurant we’ve ever been. Recommend no one to eat at this RAC* and SHI* place.

P.S. food is horrible as well, but not as horrible as the manager No wonder why we saw 3 other Chinese people left the restaurant looking annoyed when we just arrived, they told us they didn’t get a table after waiting for 10 minutes (at a restaurant full of unoccupied tables) Other waiters except the...

Two stars because at least our starters were good and the atmosphere is romantic. We had the chestnut veloute and the cured trout. They were quite nice.

However, when we arrived, the restaurant was mostly empty (we came early so we could make it to a show) yet despite this, it took 20 minutes to get our water and 45 minutes to get our starters. We had tried to get the attention of a waiter for a while, but he hardly came into the dining room and never came over to check on us or even make eye contact.

They have a limited menu, which is fine, but they were out of two options for mains, leaving the choice quite slim. I ended up getting a lobster pot pie for €38; I don't mind spending money on good food, but I do mind it for bad. My pot pie was a crust covered bowl of cream with undercooked potatoes and a couple meagre pieces of flavourless lobster. My husband ordered the octopus which he declared was "...okay".

The food was generally pretty disappointing and overprices while the service was inattentive. I genuinely don't understand why this place is...
