BEWARE: Worst restaurant I’ve EVER been to. MCDONALDS HAS BETTER SERVICE THAN THIS PLACE. McDonald's est meilleur que cet endroit!!!
Our family of 32 guests from Canada went to this restaurant for dinner. From the moment we walked in we were treated EXTREMELY rude by the woman working there - possibly the owner. We all ordered full entrees and we saw fries and each asked for a side of Fries as well. She said “okay” when she took our order. When our meals arrived she brought 1 SIDE of fries for the 8 people who ordered it. After around 20 minutes of receiving our meals we asked about the fries, Her extremely RUDE reply (not to mention screaming) : “THIS IS NOT A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT, NO FRIES” 10 minutes later, a another table of 2 people gets seated behind us. They ask for two sides of fries and she brings them out promptly. This is a shock and service we’ve never seen. This SAME LADY overcharged our bill by over 200 EUROS. She would charge a glass of wine that was 3x the price of the one we ordered, thinking we are “American” and wouldn’t know the difference.
She also charged us bottles of wine and bottles of vodka we never even had.
We asked her about it and she replied “I do not know, pay the bill” again SCREAMING, and proceeded to throw the bill, yes throw it at our table and storm to the kitchen. The man working at the bar, possibly her husband - apologized. Also when collecting our dinner plates: she whips her hand in front of you and nearly spills anything left on the plate since to be honest was a lot, since the food was average. And she takes the plates and slams them, wouldn’t be surprised if she breaks it. She then comes back and says “PAY THE BILL AND LEAVE” which obviously we do not until the proper bill is given by the bartender. Anyone who wants to dine here: DON’T. It’s a waste of your hard earned money. I would recommend a Burger King for better...
Read moreabsolutely terrible. The food was OK at best, but the service ruined the whole evening. We were overcharged for items we did not order, to the tune of around 200 euros, were served absolute, when asked for belvedere, and charged for the latter. In fact, several items were found on the bill which we did not order - a simple mistake, we thought, but the owner/manager was an extremely rude lady, who threw the bill back at us when we told her about the issues. Throughout the whole night she was rude, bumping into us as she walked past, sneaking up and reaching across people's faces and plates without saying a word, dropping plates on the table. Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had, and I would strongly recommend against eating here. In the end, she did not fix the bill and spent the entire time antagonizing and belittling us. If it weren't for the horrible manager/owner lady, who was scowling, being rude and obnoxious the whole night, this restaurant might have gotten 3/5.
Simply a horrible night, made worse by the most evil, obnoxious, rude, and petulant owner/manager (the only lady in the establishment that night). I couldn't be paid to eat here again and endure this woman's abuse. I would give it a 0/5 if I could, and even that would be too much.
Having read through some of the other reviews, I would advise that you scroll down, past what I would call fake reviewers who gave the establishment 5 stars, to find the onslaught of 1 star reviews, directly below.

Read moreLooked great from the outside, but it turned out to be a less than pleasant experience. The first glass of wine poured had 'dirt' in it, from the glass, which the server claimed was sediment. He proceeded to sieve the 'sediment' out, only to return it with the same 'dirt' in it. We refused the wine he had poured. The food was good, not exceptional for the eventual price. When we finished and requested the bill the full price was charged for the first bottle of wine. When disputed, 10 Euros was removed and the price of the single cup of coffee we ordered jumped to 11 Euros! Disappointing to say the least that restaurateurs feel this is acceptable practice. Lots of wonderful restaurants in Paris, this is certainly...
