McDonald's — Restaurant in Paris

Unfortunately, one of the worst experiences I've had at McDonald's. I waited 30 minutes for a single serving of ice cream, even though there were only a few people ahead of me in line. In the meantime, the food I ordered – a burger and fries – had completely gone cold, and the ice cream, as you might expect, had already started to melt before I even received it. The staff was completely disorganized – employees were wandering around aimlessly, no one seemed to know what they were supposed to be doing, and the order handout process was a mess. Some people were getting their food ahead of others who had been waiting much longer, and there were clearly some mix-ups with orders. On top of that, the dining area was dirty and neglected. Most of the tables were sticky or littered with trash, trays were left everywhere, and no one seemed to be cleaning up. It gave the entire place an unpleasant and unhygienic feel. The organization felt like total improvisation, and the food preparation left a lot to be desired – cold fries, a poorly assembled burger, and a drink without ice despite clearly asking for it. For such a well-known brand, the level of service, cleanliness, and quality here is honestly embarrassing. I do not recommend this location – it's a waste of time...

On Midnight Festival, around 1:00 in the morning, two of my friends and I went to McDonald’s. After placing the order and paying the amount, I came back a little bit and waited. Even when I asked if he could speak English, he kept getting angry with me in French. Before that, he got angry without any guidance, but I couldn’t understand what he was saying. Reason for the disappointment started when we sat down and started to eat our meals. First of all, as a Finn we are used to consume a lot of ketchup..i mean a lot. All what we got was two small regular bags of "dip two of your fries"-ketchup bags. Secondly the fries were cold, tasteless and clearly out of McDonald's standards. For your information, the fries should we at least crispy, not as soggy as your home made fries which have been at room temperature for 2 hours. And thirdly, the burgers. OK, this was decent and I could eat it without being afraid that it has been waiting for the customer as long as the fries mentioned previously.
