Where to start. It was my birthday and we traveled from Wales to eat here. From entering to leaving, the entire experience was unbelievable.

The service is 5* - I used to work in emirates airlines and train first class crew, the service in Noto is on par with the best service you can get in a restaurant, the small touches eg when I got up to use the wash room they came and folded my napkin and placed it neat on the table, they also used the breadcrumbs tool between courses. Topping up our wine without us asking as they were very attentive around the restaurant.

The toilet had a gentleman that cleaned the toilet every time someone used it.

Amazing live music, the singers made the evening so special. Coming to each table and singing directly too us.

Just highlight again about the staff, incredible.

The food was very good, was it the best food ever? No, however, it was delicious and well presented. We had 3 courses and enjoyed them all. Possibly a little over priced but then you are paying for the amazing atmosphere and the beautiful restaurant plus fantastic service.

Extensive wine list but considering it’s an Italian restaurant they only offered 1 Italian sparkling wine which was average. We still enjoyed the bottle but it was over priced for the quality of the wine. But then you are paying the high price because of the venue.

We will definitely come back as we thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience, I would suggest the best experience of a dinner I have ever had when I look at the whole evening together. Good food, fantastic ambience, Beautiful live music, beautiful staff, amazing service and a special...

A place to avoid at all costs. We did not even get seated at our table.

I reserved and confirmed our booking for 2 persons, we arrived 10 minutes early at the restaurant but were asked to come back after 30 minutes as our table was not ready and there was no possibility to wait and have a drink at the bar. We came back after 30 minutes and our table was - again - not ready. We waited some more but only to see that all the other guests being seated while the person at the reception would not dare to call her manager to have updates about our table. She only offered to call the manager, and check what was going on, after 30 more minutes of waiting at which point we decided to leave. Arrogant and entitled staff who offered a completely disastrous service. Not a single idea of how the hospitality business should be run.

P.S.: by looking at the reviews one can see that experiences like mine are quite common at this restaurant: for each single one of them the restaurant replies with the same identical, standard and banal response saying that they strive to provide an excellent service and that they hope to see the unhappy customer again to redeem themselves. They do not explain (nor they care to explain) why any customer would want to risk again to be treated with such contempt and would be willing to give them their time and money without any guarantee that this will not happen again. This shows how much they really (do not) care about their customers and how entitled and arrogantly...

Worst dining experience I’ve had in my life EVER. The waiter took 15 minutes to take drinks order. We told him we’re also ready to order food. He said he’d be back in a few minutes. He came back 25 minutes later, didn’t even apologise and when we told him it wasn’t normal to make us wait so long he didn’t even acknowledge us and didn’t apologise, saying he doesn’t see anything wrong and saying we are the ones acting uptight. BAFFLING ! We were eventually sent some shots and a visit from the manager who apologised. We thought the evening was going to get better by then… Food was mid for the price you pay. There are many better high end festive restaurants in Paris. We paid cash and left a big tip to the new waiter we were assigned. Cherry on top : When we were at the cloakroom to get our coats, the manager ran after us saying we didn’t pay ! We told him we absolutely did and he ran away realising how bad he had messed up and how bad it looks chasing one of the only coloured couples in the restaurant as if we were thiefs ! Absolutely shocking and disgusting behaviour from the staff at this place. You pay nearly 200 euros per person to be treated so badly. I will never recommend this place and will never return even if you paid me. Stay away unless you want to be treated like a worthless...

It was our first time in Paris celebrating my birthday. My husband and I had a photo shoot and we forgot to make any reservations to a restaurant because we were so preoccupied with the shoot. Our photographer recommended NOTO and we just went with it and crossed our fingers hoping they could give us a table. Upon arrival the woman taking coats was super friendly and welcoming, which we really appreciated. She then told us that they usually are all booked and in order for us to be seated we had a time limit which to us was totally fine taking into consideration that we had no reservations what so ever. We were seated immediately after. The atmosphere is elegant and beautiful , the place is small to be honest. Everyone that works there is very nice and welcoming. They had live music, which was lovely and made the whole experience even better. The food was excellent. Delicious and cooked to perfection. This place earned the 5 stars and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Noto is undeniably upscale — the atmosphere is elegant, the staff is professional and polite, and the live music added a beautiful touch. The musician even came to our table, which made the evening feel extra special. We were a group of 11 and were asked to order from the shared menu for convenience, which we understood — but it ended up taking away from the experience. While other tables were being served large, beautifully plated individual dishes, our group’s food felt simplified and underwhelming by comparison. For a restaurant of this caliber, the shared menu felt like a disservice. It didn’t leave the best impression on our taste buds, which was disappointing given the luxurious setting and price point. If you're dining here, I’d recommend going with a smaller group so you can order freely and enjoy the full menu the way it’s intended.
