starting with the positives: the waiters were quick to serve water. The playlist was good (sounded like Spotify feel-good playlist). Overall the dinner was €44 per person which wasn’t bad because the portions weren’t too small.

Now the rest of dinner: TLDR: 3 dishes in 2 hours took way too long. Stick to the fish dishes if you dine here.

When the first dish, the complementary appetizer the size of a almond served was served in a dish that resembled human lips and we were supposed to “kiss it-if you want” it felt awkward and kind of set the tone of an overall so-so night. The entrees were interesting and I actually enjoyed them. Both chilled, one a zucchini-cucumber-mint soup and the other a fish with fennel and other vegetables. I found both to have nice flavor and were unique. It took 50 minutes (I checked) from when the entrees arrived to receive the mains. Most of this time was spent at a table with empty dishes. It was just too long. The mains were hit and miss. The lamb chops with root vegetables were basically just that, but the lamb to me had a bitter flavor absorbed from the veggies. My dining partner declined to eat their chop. The fish dish was good. We both enjoyed it. It looked nice and tasted nice. Lastly the dessert was very tasty. The cheese was good but theme chocolate crumble dish was delicious. If they reduced the waiting time and didn’t try so hard (like the lip dish) it...

I simply cannot understand how this restaurant has such a good rating. Avoid it, as it is very likely it will ruin your night.

Our experience was definitely negative, enough to warrant taking the time to leave a bad review, which I usually never do.

We tried the tasting menu as a party of 3 and were left with a very bad experience. All plates were mediocre at best, with the 2nd one almost ruining our dinner. The use of fish for 2/4 dishes was questionable, as was the use of chicken which is subpar as a protein, compared to other options. The dessert was also a definite miss, while the cheese plate was also nothing special.

Service was not good either. Cutlery used for fish dishes was not changed when moving on to the chicken dish, the wine glass was not changed when moving on to another type of wine, while half the dishes were explained in French and half in English. Very unfortunate.

To top it all off, all of us ended up with diarrhea the same night after getting back home.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this was the worst culinary experience I’ve ever had, on the level this restaurant wants to position itself. Believe me, I’ve tried out a lot, to be able to understand the difference between subjectively bad and just not agreeable with personal taste. This was the former.

The people working there were however polite, which I...

What's going on with a 4.9 review?? Anyone not giving this place 5 stars has a stick stuck in an uncomfortable place. But then again, if they didn't have haters, they wouldn't be doing it right. I came in solo on a fairly busy Tuesday evening. First off, I was greeted as though I'd been here many times before. Very warm welcome. Then came the service, just wow. The meal- I said let's go for the full sampler, didn't even look at the menu, and went into this dinner blind. I don't know where to start with my raving review, so I'll just say YES! everything was on point, well prepared, well presented, and thoroughly explained. The atmosphere is fun and lively, not stuffy at all. Great playlist.

If you're still reading- stop. Book a res and just go. You'll undoubtedly thank...
