We had the best experience with outstanding customer service at this Alain Ducasse boutique in Montmartre. The gentleman outside with the ice cream cart was lovely and the chocolate expert inside knew her brand inside and out. We asked for her suggestions for the chocolate bars and her choices were delicious!! One of her favorites was the dark from Peru, it is perfect. She also gave us a cooling bag since we told her we would be traveling with our bars and some advice on storing our bars. And the prices for the chocolates were not outrageous, I wish we bought more, for the delicious chocolate. We also tried a sample as well, get the blackcurrant if you can. And our chocolate expert spoke excellent English which helped a great deal....

Nous sommes de fidèles clients depuis l'ouverture de la boutique Ducasse aux Abbesses et passons régulièrement prendre nos petites gourmandises préférés. Lors de ma dernière venue je constate que la petite tablette de chocolat hexagone que j'ai pourtant l'habitude d'acheter à pris 3 euros d'un coup !! Aussi, la minuscule boite d'orangette est à 22 euros ! Lorsque je demande la raison de cette augmentation on me répond que c'est en lien avec les JO. Cette énième visite sera donc la dernière dans cette enseigne. Le goût des chocolats en a prix un sacré coup après cette annonce! Je trouve ça absolument honteux de gonfler des prix déjà bien assez élevés sous prétexte des JO de Paris.
