Sashimi — Restaurant in Paris

Wanted to try a new open sushi spot in Paris to change from my regular ones and found this one that’s close to the pantheon and had very good reviews. The staff is nice and very attentive and made sure we got everything we ordered though it’s veryy slow because it’s packed with people and i think it’s a family business so there’s only 1 chef preparing everything for everyone but still not bad. As for the food i was honestly disappointed with everything fried. The oil tasted old and used multiple times. The sushi wasn’t bad my favorite were the ones with cheese and i recommend you try the raviolis. super good. The brochettes weren’t the best Ive had wayy better but...

Niveau qualité, rien à redire pour un japonais illimité c'est clairement très bien.

Par contre on a attendu 1h40 pour des brochettes: quand on leur a dit qu'on allait partir ils nous ont dit qu'ils venaient de les mettre les mettre à cuire, c'est à dire exactement 1h40 après avoir passé la deuxième commande, ce qui semble particulièrement peu respectueux. Exténué par l'attente nous sommes partis frustrés

D'autres table autour de nous ce sont limités à une seule commande parce que c'était trop long. De mon point de vu c'est presque malhonnête : proposer une formule illimité mais décourager les gens à commander par une durée de préparation extrêmement longue. Je me demande si c'est fait exprès ou c'est une question de personnel.

Résultat on est parti sans avoir pris les brochettes après avoir passé plus de 2h30 dans le restaurant: mauvaise expérience on ne retournera jamais. J'ai envie de dire: à éviter si vous êtes un gros mangeur et si il y a trop de monde dans la salle, évitez ils ne s'en...
