Soon Grill — Restaurant in Paris

We were very excited to try the restaurant, but unfortunately, it was not to our liking. Many seats were open in the front, but the restaurant sat us in the back. We didn't have any issues, but the lack of service in the back was the pressing matter. The waiter maybe swung by three times the whole meal.

The portion and price do not match up. We paid 150 euros for three plates of meat and two rices. Be aware that when asking for water, check the price. We were given a large bottle that was 14 euros without any mention. I couldn't believe it when we got the bill that we had just paid 14 euros for water.

Towards the end of our meal, we noticed many rat droppings around the floor of the dinner table. It was an instant loss of appetite. I was quite shocked that a fine establishment wouldn't pay attention to details.

The locks in the restroom do not work well. I had someone walk in while I was using the restroom. It was quite an embarrassing moment.

Be aware that the restaurant does not accept American Express. This is the first time I ever went to a 'fine' establishment that did not accept American Express. The cherry on top was the lack of service. I asked for the bill and waited almost 10 minutes. Unfortunately, no one came, which led me to going up to the counter myself.

Save your time and money. Maybe try another...

DANGEROUS PLACE FOR WOMEN!!! Stay clear unless you want to be robbed in the restaurant and lied to! Had a work dinner Friday night March 1st and my colleague's handbag was stolen while we were sitting at the table. We asked to speak to the manager to inquire about the video images. The manager never even came to our table! A server came back 10 minutes later to say that there was no image as they were erased every 30 minutes. After losing her id, bank cards, keys...they did not even have the courtesy to offer my friend a tea or digestive to calm her stressful state. We have evidences (photos taken) that show the handbag was stolen in the restaurant. On Saturday she called asking to speak with the manager, and spoke to someone who said that videos are archived 1 month and promised to send the video images. Nothing sent yet...on Sunday she called again and spoke to someone who said the images are archived 1 day..and during that same conversation then changed the story and said they looked at the image and it didn't show anything. DOES THIS SOUND NORMAL? The matter was reported to the police who have opened an inquiry and are waiting for the videos to be handed over. This place only wants your money, doesn't seem to know anything about customer experience...and frankly the story that changes every 3 hours is...

DANGEROUS PLACE! This place deserves 0 stars. My friend’s purse was stolen there on March 1st then she got lied to by the staff. Pictures were taken at 20:30 with her purse next to her then at 22:30 it magically disappeared while they didn’t leave the table. We asked to speak to the manager and the staff and they kept putting us off. Once we were able to have a proper conversation we heard so many inconsistencies on whether we can have access to the video cameras. Some employees said the camera gets refreshed every 30 minutes (Can you believe it?) while someone else said that they looked at the images and everything looks normal, yet the management is reluctant to hand it over. Up until now (March 12) we don’t have any updates and are still unable to see the video of what exactly happened.

The matter has been reported to the Police and an investigation has been opened. Be careful of this place they are only...
