Yatai Ramen Montparnasse — Restaurant in Paris

We tried this restaurant just before a theatre night. It was a great place to tastz nice Ramens. We had a traditional ramen with tamago onsen option and a Hlyashi Chuka. Both were great! I finished my ramen droping a portion of rice in the « bouillon ». Shared with my partner, it was a great finishing taste ! I recommend the place.

A little gem in Paris , newly renovated, very clean, efficient and very friendly staff. The food is so good, we had the magret de canard & spicy karagé that were outstanding, the dumplings were perfectly done as well, crunchy on the outside ! The truffle foie gras ramen is also a must try , even the drinks are cool ! The decoration is so pretty , perfect for some pretty social media content !🤭...

Stumbled upon this gem during our stroll on Montparnasse.

The appetizers were delightful especially the gyoza which had the perfect crust.

But the showstopper was the Wagyu ramen, with a french spin, the fois gras and the truffe add layers upon layers of flavour to an already heavenly broth.
