Don't go to this restaurant if you book through fork. On Fork, this restaurant offers 40% restaurant for Ala carte items. Believing this, we went to restaurant and told we booked through fork. Only after we sat down (after ordering a drink), the waiter told to meet Fork discount criteria, each of us should ordered a main course and starter or we can still eat what we want and pay actual price which was a complete rip off. We still went ahead and ate as we ordered a drink by then. Asking people to order for a minimum value to give discount when so much portion is not even needed for them is finding loopholes after listing on a platform like Fork. The Flammkuchen we ordered was so sub par, it was thinner than usual ones with raw onion, and no flavour at all. Few seconds after it was served, it became so cold. Onion soup was okay and the creme brulee looked nice on photos but we were disappointed after having it as it had so much of artificial pistachio flavour

The ambience was good. We felt prices were on the higher side (8 Euros for dessert, 8 Euros for Onion Soup)

Again, don't go here expecting you will enjoy Fork discount unless you are a group with no big expectations...

My Dad and I were staying in Germany this past summer, and we decided to drive over into France for a night to explore and eat some French Cuisine. We arrived into France pretty late because it was a long drive from Munich, but once we got into the city, everything was so beautiful! We decided to try this restaurant and even though they were about to close they still served us, and not only that but the entire staff was so incredibly kind and accommodating to us, even though we were foreigners. My dad doesn’t speak French and I only know a little, but they were so sweet about speaking English to us, and they were nice enough to let me attempt to speak the little bit of French I knew.

The food was AMAZING! It was one of the best meals we had in Europe, and they had a great vegetarian option for me to try as well! The staff themselves, made our trip to France an unforgettable experience, but the incredible food just topped it off!

If you are a foreigner or even if you are not, I would highly recommend this restaurant for their amazing service and delicious...

I decided to have my lunch here today, inspired by their "The Fork" page and I was not disappointed! The location is central but quiet, the service is fast, the personal attentive and nice and capable of communicating in English, if French is not your main language. And for the food ... It is amazing, you can taste the quality of the ingredients. I've had the salmon chevice as entreé and the beef steak. The chevice was good but the steak was absolutely super! The meat melts in your mouth without losing its consistence and the caramelised onions give the ensemble a sweet but also decisive taste. The dish is also composed of sides, so you will find fries and salads with you, giving the dish the richness of a full meal. I am beyond happy of my experience there, not only because of the food but also because of the really nice staff, who is capable and attentive. All in all a great experience, I will be gladly back if I will happen to be back in Strasbourg. And I will for sure recommend it...

Our apartment was located 3 minutes walk from this restaurant. The Google reviews looked good, so we decided to give a try. We definitely like the ambience and the service was quick and friendly. They recommended the local tarte flambées (or Flammekueche in French) which was really tasty. Our server was also nice enough to help us find a cool local pub. We planned to visit Au Fût et à Mesure but hesitated we would get our money's worth. This is when a local pub started to sound more appealing to us. It was a really good start to the night ! Our Ratings Serge: 5 Eli: 5 Recommend: Yes !

I had some good typical french/elsass dinner here. The service was friendly, the food prices were good (not too expensive) and the food tasted like i hoped / expected it to taste. During a nice spring or summer evening this place offers beautiful seats outside, very close to the river. This is not a high dining restaurant but they are not trying to be one - i really liked the atmosphere.
