KFC Strasbourg Première Armée — Restaurant in Strasbourg

I gave 5 the first time because it was really good for the first week or two. I went today and faced thousands of problems. First, the food ordering machines did not work. Well, it happens i understand . One or two employees tried to help me , ok thanks them . But a girl behind the counter who took an order from me , insisted that I don't understand and that I'm making a mistake, while the others confirmed that I'm right and that girl is making a mistake, and she didn't even apologize after acting like I was stupid. I have traveled throughout Europe on and off for 15 years and ate at many different KFCs throughout Europe over the years. We even ate at this specific KFC 3 years ago on my previous visit to Strasbourg. However, I can honestly say that the tender meals purchased yesterday was clearly old and NOT freshly prepared/made. The tenders were all dried out and tough to eat. It was around 16:30.The general appearance inside was also not very clean and some tables dilapidated needing some maintenance to restore there purpose as a table. The worst kfc I’ve ever been!! From the moment we went in there was a terrible smell. The toilets were cleaner than the whole store but there was one toilet for all genders and it was very dirty. Half of the orders were wrong and the chicken was raw. When we went to the cashier we saw food on the floor and the workers were stepping on it, that explains the bad smell.
