Mado Strasbourg — Restaurant in Strasbourg

Extremely tasteless food I ordered a Yufka (Dürüm) and specifically asked it to be spicy. However, when the food came it was extremely tasteless not only there was no spice there was no salt either! It looked like that the meat was not even seasoned with salt. It was so tasteless that I could not even eat it. My friends with me also had the same problem with the food. We asked the waitress to take the food and make it spicier and saltier. She called the Chef and when he came he said he can't do it now as we have taken the bite. How were we supposed to know it could be that bad before tasting it and we were not returning it or demanding a new one we just wanted it to be seasoned. Never going back there again it doesn't even...

J’étais de passage au restaurant Mado après avoir suivie les avis bien sûr, le service n’est pas au rendez-vous et surtout que les personnels ne sont pas du tous accueillants, je déconseille fortement ce restaurant.

Je tiens à clarifier certaines choses. Plutôt que de supposer que nous étions de mauvaise humeur, je vous invite à réfléchir à la manière dont vous vous comportez avec vos clients. Si vous souhaitez vraiment offrir un bon service, la première chose à faire est de saluer le client dès son arrivée, et non de l'ignorer ou de l'installer brusquement.

Ensuite, il est essentiel de demander poliment au client s'il souhaite s'asseoir à une table ou non, et non de partir sans explication ou de prendre les sacs des autres clients de façon désagréable. Un client a le droit de choisir l'endroit où il veut s'installer, et il est prioritaire dans ce choix.

Enfin, lorsque nous avons demandé à changer de table, il aurait été plus approprié de répondre calmement, par exemple en disant : « Je suis désolé, cette table est réservée », ou de proposer une alternative. Au lieu de cela, vous avez attendu jusqu'à la dernière minute, juste au moment où nous allions laisser un avis négatif, pour vous excuser.

Il y a des manières de répondre à vos clients, et je pense qu'un peu plus de courtoisie et de professionnalisme dans votre approche améliorerait considérablement l'expérience...

I go to this restaurant regularly. Probably my choice for the best pizza on town . I love their pizza ! The dough , the sauce and balance of spices it is great .
