Place Gutenberg — Attraction in Strasbourg

This review comes in the most sincere and objective manner. I travel around the world and look for culinary experiences. I am also a cook myself. Location of the restaurant is good, very close to the Christmas market, space is good, concept is good. Service was very slow, my impresión is that they are under staffed, and also the waiter was rude but at the same time amicable wich I sense it's because he was under stress. Waiting times for food was 2 hours, for raw meat. I suppose they started preparing the stone when I ordered. Anyways Lando wait time. Food quality is terrible, meat cuts are cheap with tendons, also poorly cleaned out you could see the spec (white tough separation lining between muscles, wich make any meat horrible to eat). I ordered beef, pork both horrible quality, Butter was frozen when they passed it to the table not suitable to spread or use in cooking experience. Ambient, place is dirty, bathroom, table, and windows full of grease as well as table tops. They need extractors for the smoke and meat cooking process's.

Overall I would not recommend...

This is an small open square just to the west of Strasbourg Cathedral. It is a nice place to gather before making way up Rue Mercière to the cathedral. The square is lined with eateries, bakery and dessert shop, regional wine retailer and few other shops.
