Where: Le Saladin What: Restaurant How was it: It was good overall. At first it felt awkward because we weren't sure if the waiter would come take our order. He was very relaxed but once the good was ordered everything came into place. I saw another review comment on the meat portion, it's true that they're small. Otherwise the vegetable coucous alone is enough for one. We just wanted to try the mint tea (very good by the way) and he kind of laughed at us, wondering why just one. The food is good, don't go there is you're in a rush. Rating: Serge 4, Eli 4 Recommend: yes

The location is great, and the service was warm and friendly! Prices are on the higher side, but understandable for the area. However, I expected more authentic Tunisian cuisine. The couscous didn’t feel traditional as the sauce and chicken were served separately, the slata mechwiya lacked its usual grilled flavor, and the merguez wasn’t seasoned with typical Tunisian spices. I hope the staff will take this feedback into consideration, as the place has great potential.

Was very much settled on eating French cuisine during my visit to Strasbourg, but saw the freshly served dish when I was passing by and decided to give it a go. The food was amazingly tasty for a cheap price. The couscous was great and the baklava and mint tea I ordered as dessert were out-of-this-world! The staff was friendly and warm and I did not have to wait long to receive my order. I would definitely recommend!
