The waitress ensured us it was vegetarian although there were no mushrooms which were supposed to be. Clearly, according to the menu there were no salmon. She removed the salmon from the Flammenkuchen but obviously it was impossible to remove the fish flavors. The man that I believe is the owner is super kind and attentive. This seems like a family establishment, and it showed with the food, and how cozy the place is.
