Yapan Sushi — Restaurant in Strasbourg

After arriving in Strasbourg from Paris, we noticed this Japanese sushi restaurant across the street from our hotel. We wanted a light lunch and gave it a try. The food was delicious and artfully presented.

Miso soup was excellent and not overly salty. Three shrimp tempura were large and crispy, served with a hoisin sauce. Crunchy vegetarian roll had 8 delicious pieces.

Plenty of pickled ginger and a dish of crispy crackers and wasabi nuts. We drank a refreshing ginger beer and a pot of Sencha tea. A lovely peaceful experience. We will...

Nice location in center Strasbourg. The owner is really really nice and helpful. The place has been redone recently, very cosy atmosphere and quite elegant.
