Went in about 10:50am on a weekday, it was really quiet. We ordered breakfast food at the order point. Waited 20 minutes for the food. About 25 other people had come in, ordered from the main menu that they had switched over to and got their food in the time we, and three others, waited to collect ours. Got most of our food them were told we had to go queue at another counter for one item! Came back a few days later at the weekend. This time it was really busy. Ordered two Happy Meals. We got these in under 10 minutes but the woman serving us gave me a receipt and told me I had to go get one of the burgers from the other end of the counter. This was the same counter the rest of the food had come from that someone that worked there could have easily walked behind with the burger. I pointed that out to the woman twice, she said 'sorry' and shrugged. Instead I had to carry my tray of food with my 6 year old through a crowd of people. No staff tried to help us through. I just had to shout 'Excuse me please!' and shuffle through. To add insult to injury I then had a grown man mock me by repeating what I said! Not the place to go if you want to relax. Casey's was slightly more expensive but worth the money. We got served quickly and the hotodogs...
Read moreAfter eating at McDonald’s in the Disney village Paris I now know why they call Britain Great Britain! Everything about the place wouldn’t go down in the motherland that is the UK. We would simply chase them out with pitchforks! A very poorly run establishment. The place was filthy, the staff might has well of been animals, the food took forever and ironically the French fries was cold. I looked around and there was glum frustrated faces everywhere as customers waited over 30 mins for there so called fast food. The line where you paid cash was taking around 30 mins per person to get served! It was shocking! We started life in that queue but we didn’t want to perish so we went to the self serve machines and ordered there. The food came in around half an hours time. When collecting it, I glanced back at the cash queue and the lady’s that was at the front of the queue when we was in there was still being served! I couldn’t believe it, those poor people behind them looked like prisoners of war. To top it off once I received my order, part of it was missing and I was told to go to the other end of the counter to pick up the missing items. Another 10 minute wait. What a terrible system....
Read moreThe food was yummy and familiar, just like you’d expect. The sauces were delicious, the curry sauce had a bit more of kick to it than the uk ones which made it more yummy. The food was 10/10, the service at breakfast time however, not so great. We have travelled to Disneyland from the uk so had no idea how it worked in the restaurant. My boyfriend and I ordered from the screen and went to collect our food. When we arrived at the counter, we found we were missing items. The guy just put our tray on the side and didn’t speak to us before walking off. We stood at the counter for a good 5 minutes showing we were looking to ask where our other items were, yet no one acknowledged us. I had to catch someone walking past to ask where our items were. That was when we were told we had to go the mcafe section for our orange juices and pan au chocolat. They didn’t tell us this when they put them on the side and just left the tray there. We aren’t from here so they could have asked if we needed help or waited for us to collect our order and told us to get the other pieces from there but nothing. Pretty disappointed with that customer service...
