Edit: answer to the owners comment. First of all i dont have a wife (I am female), and I have not made another review about this. If you really have watched the video, you would have seen this. Clearly, you are either confusing my review with another incident or just trying to ignore it. Instead of taking responsibility you are basically attacking all negative reviews and trying to make it look like your customers are the problem.

You are claiming that you have checked my other reviews. If so, you can see that I have many positive reviews. So claiming I have โ€œproblems with female employeesโ€ doesnt make sense. Hence, as a female myself I dont see what customers being shouted at and rudely talked to have to do with gender.

Based on your answers to negative reviews, it seems that you are just masking your faults with direct attacks. So trying to chase logic in your answer was probably my mistake in the first place.

Original review: I hope the manager reads my comment. We came in and while we looking at the menu a courier came in, took a package and left the entrance door open. After a few seconds the barista started shouting at us aggresively telling us to keep the door closed. And i explained her that it wasnt us who left the door open but she continued to talking agressively back and we decided to leave . Noone deserves to be treated...

Unfortunately I am obliged to edit my previous review (5/5). The products are still quite good (although I think it's unfortunate that by midday they run out of lot of their pastries). The service however leaves to be desired. Have been there several times before and always thought the staff was friendly and polite. Today, they barely acknowledged us. I felt really uncomfortable and like our presence was bothering the 3 employees. Barely said hello and seemed too busy for us. I was particularly shocked that the male employee addressed my Georgian bf in English and told him very rudely " I speak English or Russian". I personally am not okay with my Georgian bf having to adapt to this employee's lack of language skills (or efforts) in his own country and we will not be going back. Also small side note- with only 2 tables outside there is no excuse for them not to be cleaned in a promptly manner. When we sat down , there were still the previous customers dirty dishes. The male employee only noticed when he came to...

It is a nice place with good coffee and bakery, there I wrote some of my favourite letters. And also it is quite touristy, you can see all kinds of nice people there. UPD. I like this place a lot, but they were awkward about me sitting there too long. Couldn't ask directly but were rude instead UPD 2. I got the message on the first time, and that I totally understand. But the last time I was constantly ordering something so I won't look like a coworker. And on the right and left of me were people who ordered one drink and were sitting longer than me. And I didn't even finish my coffee. And before that you took my half full coffee when I went outside for a smoke. And one barista was weird when I said hello to her. Lots of ands. So it felt personal. And out of respect to your small business status I just left. But I won't ever come back because I need to feel safe at places where I go. If you bothered by laptop people just put a sign and don't be...

Absolutely the best pastries shop I have ever been here in Tbilisi! I live just nearby from this place and I have always been wanting to visit this place because I noticed its extremely high ratings and great reviews on Google but had no time to do so until finally I decided to drop by. Definitely worth it! I was a bit in a hurry so I kinda just quickly ordered their Pear Puffed Pastry and Americano coffee. The moment the coffee was served, just from its aroma and from the first sip, I instantly realized that they not only have really tasty and fresh pastries but they actually have truly amazing specialty coffee too. Their pastries are so much delicious that I added to try another one which was the Lemon Merengue Croissant. Oh, it was truly a delight! I canโ€™t wait to be back and Iโ€™ll surely recommend this place to my friends! ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿฅณ

Cute small bakery with a few tables, super friendly barista, and flavourful tea options. I've tried their famous rum baba (I think the place is called after this cake) with spiced tea. Rum babas are soaked in rum in a container. When you order one, the barista puts it out, drains a bit and serves with whipped cream and a cocktail cherry. The alcohol dominated all other flavours for me, the cake itself was tasteless, but the cherry was delicious. I wish the rum baba was drained way more and having a few cherries to clear your tastebuds wouldn't hurt. Loved the tea and overall atmosphere. I'll most likely stop by again to try other pastries.

Absolutely amazing bakery worth visiting!! If you are a coffee-lover, if you like sweets and baked desserts, or just want to have lunch with soup and sandwich - Baba bakery is a MUST in Tbilisi. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ˜ This place went far beyond our expectations! Every item we tasted was different, but super fresh, delicious and surprising! You'll definitely find your favourite bakery there. All the bakeries are less than 10 GEL per item, coffee ~10 GEL. The staff are super friendly and talk in multiple languages! Wish you all the best, guys ๐Ÿ˜˜
