Today, a family of two adults and two children had lunch at this restaurant. If you expect to be served with a smile in a friendly atmosphere, you've come to the wrong place.
None of the staff, starting from the entrance, know how to smile at guests. The waiters, the manager, everyone has a very serious, tense expression on their face.
None of the staff helped us find a table. Of the six available tables, three were reserved, and three had dirty dishes on them. We sat down at a table with dirty dishes and waited about five minutes for them to be cleared. We waited another ten minutes for the menu to be brought to us.
There are buttons on the tables to call the waiter, but either they don't work, or no one pays attention to them. The food took a long time to prepare and was brought in a very strange order. We ordered a salad with tomatoes, eggplant, khinkali, and adzhahuri, and the children ordered chicken shashlik and Adjarian khachapuri. As a result, the khachapuri was brought last, when all the other dishes had already been eaten.
The waiter completely forgot about the honey cake and ice cream, and they were not even included in the order. We canceled them because we couldn't wait any longer. We did not plan to spend 1.5 hours on lunch, 1 hour of which was spent waiting.
Question for the restaurant management: the restaurant is located in a very busy area. The second floor and balcony are full of people, so why are there only two waitresses serving all the customers? They clear the dishes, bring the orders, and prepare the bills. I'm not surprised that the waitresses are tired and the customers are dissatisfied. While I was there, several tables couldn't wait for the bill and went to pay directly at the...
Read moreWe visited Pasanauri restaurant and were absolutely delighted! This is a place where you can truly feel the soul of Georgian cuisine and hospitality. The restaurant's atmosphere immediately immersed us in warm Georgian tradition - cozy interior, pleasant music, and incredibly friendly staff. But I especially want to highlight the work of manager Irina! She welcomed us like dear guests, helped us choose dishes, told us about the cooking techniques, and throughout the entire evening made sure we felt comfortable. Such attention to guests is rare these days.As for the food - it's simply masterful! The khinkali were juicy and aromatic, the khachapuri melted in our mouths, and the shashlik was cooked to perfection. Every dish is a small work of art. We were particularly impressed by the homemade satsebeli sauce and freshly baked shotis puri. The wine list also deserves special praise - an excellent selection of Georgian wines at reasonable prices.Huge thanks to Irina for her professionalism, warmth, and care! Thanks to people like her, you want to come back again and again. We will definitely return and will recommend Pasanauri to all our friends! This is a place where you get not just delicious food, but real emotions and a sense of Georgian...
Read moreI hate giving negative feedback, but this one I just can't ignore. It's story time! We were on vacation in Georgia, and I told my husband I wanted to eat khinkhali. This restaurant was close to our hotel, so I suggested we try it. Upon entering, no one approached us; we even attempted to speak with the lady worker seated beside the entrance, but she appeared to ignore us. Then a staff member entered and we asked if they served khinkhali; as tourists, we had no idea what the names were, so the waiter joked in a harsh tone, "Don't you know what pasanauri means?" He then handed us the menu and we went outside to find a table.
We were aware that there were rains, so we chose a seat with an umbrella. The waiter arrived and informed us that we could not sit there since it might rain, so he asked us to proceed to the second level. When we arrived on the second level, no one assisted us, so we managed to find a seat. After long minutes, no one came to us to assist with the order, so we decided to leave and never return!
Perhaps they assumed we wouldn't be able to pay for their food because we were asians and we hadn't been dressed nicely and had just returned from a sulphur bath, which is why nobody seemed to care. I would never...
