The Blue Fox Restaurant — Restaurant in Tbilisi

I really wanted to enjoy The Blue Fox, but the menu I found through Google Maps was different and they didn't allow me to order the item I wanted from that online copy. So I ordered the pork bbq, and I regret it. The flavor was okay but the meat was way overcooked and really tough. And nothing but a full knife to try to cut it. It completely ruined what was otherwise almost a 4 star experience. The staff and service was pretty good. The atmosphere was good except somewhere close by a piano player kept playing slightly off tuned and choppily which at times competed with the music here till they turned that off. I am sitting here right now. The wine that I have ordered 30 minutes ago is still missing. I asked the waitress to check it and she disappeared. The Georgian salad just consists of cucumber, tomato and onion. The pork is disgustingly bad, it is overcooked and feels like chewing rubber (see the picture). The khinkali is the worst I have ever tried in my whole life, dry, no taste at all. Please go somewhere else, don't waste your money here. Beautiful hotel great location 📍 beautiful room decoration tricky with the bathroom sink is a bit running out of space to put toiletries. Service is Excellence staff are friendly and knowledgeable about wines and food The atmosphere is amazing becoz it is the old town area where tourist walks along the alleyway to give good vibes in the evening safe to walk at late night . A 10 mins walk you will be in the centre of the tourist area if you looking for a treat romantic sophisticated convenient hotel to stay in Tbilisi the old house hotel highly recommend it.
