Tbilisimo — Restaurant in Tbilisi

This place hit every mark you'd want in a dining experience and seriously the best place in all categories I've found in a month long trip to Tbilisi. First the food, it's simply amazing! The chef has true talent and mastery of flavors which can not be learned, truly a God given gift. Real Chefs will know what I mean. You can taste the love and passion in every bite. I challenge anyone to find a better PIZZA in Tbilisi as well.

The server we had every visit also has a true passion for service and making sure your experience is top notch. You will leave happier than when you came in, guaranteed. Especially getting some of their homemade Limoncello ;)

The atmosphere is excellent as well. Great music selection, with nice and cozy Italian decor.

What a fantastic restaurant! From the moment I arrived the service from the single member of staff was exceptional, engaging in some great conversation too. It’s a small place but the tables are spacious and they haven’t squeezed in too many. The decor is simple but beautifully effective.

The wine list has a nice number of options, naturally with lots of local varieties. The food menu is also nicely varied with plenty of Italian favourites. I opted for the mushroom and truffle pizza, which was cooked perfectly with none of the flavours being too overpowering.

If you want desert you must pick the tiramisu - perhaps the best example of one I’ve ever had! If you’re looking for an Italian meal you must come here, as everything about it...

12/10. Top of the top. Perfect location, friendly personal, top-tier food and warm atmosphere makes this place one of the favorite ones in Tbilisi personally for me! Great choice for making these cold evenings cozy and delighting.

I'd like to mark good quality of glintwine (which is made without adding tons of sugar as it happens everywhere), good quality of pasta and risotto (haven't tried pizza but I'm absolutely sure that it tastes perfect as well). As for the end of the evening, I'd recommend to try desserts and drinks (pana-cotta and tiramisu is going to blow your mind after all).
