When the Indian guy prepares the food it is tasty but when the East Asian guy prepares it there is too much sauce smothered so you can't even enjoy the noodles because of the overpowering taste of the sauce. The East Asian guy also never adds brocoli or cauliflower to the dish despite me eating there in the early afternoon three times already and despite that I eat only veggies so i am costing the take away very little compared to carnivores but the Indian guy thankfully does. Worst still the menu is confusing. It is written on the blackboard that you can have 'rice noodles' but I suspect they are out of stock because I ordered it twice and even pointed to the exact item I wish to have (my finger literally 2 centimeters from the black board) but the genius girl still managed to get it wrong and gave me rice instead. The rice is the lowest quality available on the market which is expected as the price is very low. However, if you don't have the item 'rice noodles' kindly erase it from the board or at least teach your employee to say it isn't available. We tried fried mix noodle and beef noodle today, as an Asian, i have to say that honestly, if you are from far east, don't try the noodle, you will cry, this is the most weird fried noodle i ever had in my life. The noodle is not chewiness at all, we ordered spicy flavor, the taste is sour, sweet and spicy mix together in a strange way, by the way they do have sour spicy or sweet spicy flavor, we order spicy flavor just to avoid the sour and sweet taste, however… the noodle is full of sauce, it's basically steam noodle with sauce, we only have two bites and have to throw them all, that two bites is only because we are super hungry, the good thing is the portion of meat...
