Coffee Fellows — Restaurant in Berlin

We were looking for some nice place close to our hotel for breakfast which would be open on 1.1. and found this super cool/cozy place. We enjoyed our breakfast so much there. Unfortunately after our return to UK I found out I have lost my Tiffany necklace which was very precious for me.My boyfriend emailed cafe fellows and what a surprise! They got it. Their nice employee Berkan was so kind and delivered the necklace to the hotel where we stayed so they could send it back to me to UK. I still cant believe my luck for once and how nice he was!We will definitely visit this cafe whenever we are back in Berlin. Thank you...

They only tell you what’s sold out when you reach the counter… 2 groups ahead and ourselves just had to leave after a 20 minute queue because they were sold out of food. Thanks but no thanks. Edit: they respond as if I’m upset that they were sold out of food. Typical poor service they don’t understand that they made 3 groups of people wait 20 minutes each without stating to the queue they were sold out of food at lunch time. If you say “Just so everyone knows, we are sold out of food”. It’s basic respect. Just like if you’re on the phone and a customer walks in. You acknowledge them and let them know you will...

Terrible attitude to customers! I ordered a cake and a coffee, the man who took the order was nice, but the girl who made coffee laughed at me for some reason, maybe because my German was not good. The man told me to wait for the coffee. Ok, I took the cake to a table, then returned to pick up my coffee in about a minute. But no coffee was made for me! The girl looked at me reluctantly and started making my coffee. Not even apologized! What was that?? I felt offended and unwelcome.
