Very disappointing experience, Extremely Unprofessional and rude service We spent about 15 minutes looking over the large screens, trying to figure out what to get as it was our first time at a place like thiss. We picked out six dishes and some drinks but the self-ordering screens wernt working so we went up to the counter. That’s when one of the two Indian women working there who were just standing around chatting told us in a pretty rude tone and broken English, that they weren’t taking orders because their fryers were broken today. No apology, no sign, nothing and went back to their conversation. What made it worse was the place looks great with a huge hilll of fries, salads, and drinks displayed as if they are open. We were on a tight schedule trying to see as much of Berlin as we could and wasting time there was incredibly frustrating. Honestly with how nice the place looks, you'd think they’d have better employees...

Well you made me excited but didn't raise it for me. Yes the menu sounds delicious, the combinations and ingredients, very clever, it does compared to a full meal and you feel like you are at a special diner. But hey, the atmosphere of lots of crowds trying to find a good lunch spot, lunch diner, and clogging up this place, is like trying to fit in a sausage dress. It's too much. And to be honest, the pricing is a bit over the top too. It was a good portion, but lacked flavours. I was expecting the best fries ever and some toppings which tasted a bit blend. Maybe it was a bad day there but hasn't...

As a Montrealer this place makes really good Poutine.

Fries are slightly too large to be authentic but the fact they are fresh fried and have a bit of texture makes them hold the sauce really well. The poutine isn't soggy or overloaded.

Their Montreal style is definitely not what you would find in Montreal but their classic Quebec is pretty close to the real deal if you add an extra of mozzarella.
