Ich habe bei Sushi Yana in der Mall of Berlin über Lieferando bestellt, da ein Familienmitglied aktuell im Krankenhaus liegt. Aus Rücksicht haben wir bei der Bestellung über die Lieferando App extra vermerkt, dass auf keinen Fall Erdnüsse im Essen enthalten sein dürfen, um jede potenzielle allergische Reaktion zu vermeiden.

Ein sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter hat direkt angerufen, um uns zu vergewissern, dass keine Erdnüsse im Essen enthalten sind und dass auch während der Zubereitung alles sorgfältig getrennt wird, damit keine Kontamination entstehen kann. Diese Rücksichtnahme und Sorgfalt war wirklich außergewöhnlich und hat uns sehr berührt!

Darüber hinaus ist das Essen einfach fantastisch! Ich esse dort seit mehreren Jahren immer mal wieder was anderes und ich kann wirklich mit Überzeugung sagen, dass alles was dort zubereitet wird frisch und geschmacklich auf Top-Niveau und liebevoll zubereitet ist. Sushi Yana in der Mall arbeitet wirklich mit Herz und Verantwortung.

In der gesamten Mall of Berlin gibt es keinen anderen Ort, der so konstant hohe Qualität und so erstklassigen Service bietet. Die Mitarbeitenden sind nicht nur kompetent, sondern auch unglaublich rücksichtsvoll und aufmerksam.
