Ich habe hier heute einen Cheeseburger ohne Brot bestellt. Zum Patty an sich - trocken und der Käse war nicht verlaufen, sondern schon hart, da ich das Essen erst bekommen habe, als er schon 5 Minuten stand. Unfassbar ist, dass man dann keine Sauce zu dem Patty erhält. Der Salat, auf dem der trockene und verbrannte Patty angerichtet wurde, war auch ohne Dressing. Ich bin dann noch einmal hingegangen und habe es bemängelt. Die Antwort von durchaus genervten Personal war "Ja Salat ist immer trocken". Sorry Leute - 13 Euro für einen verbrannten und vertrockneten Patty OHNE Sauce? Geht gar nicht! Jeder McDonald ist besser und günstiger als das hier. Ich bin echt enttäuscht und rate jedem ab, hier etwas zu essen. Es hieß dann nur, dass ich hätte sagen müssen, dass ich eine Sauce auf dem Burger haben will. Ja ne, is klar. Da lässt man das Brot weg und bekommt nichts dazu? Echt schlechter Service und wirklich schlechtes Essen. Tut es euch nicht an.

Nachtrag vom 16.08.2020: Vielen Dank, aber ich werde nicht wieder kommen. Alleine der genervt und abwertend Blick eures Personals hat mir gereicht. Als würde ich mir ausdenken, dass es so nicht richtig sein kann. Es haben zwei Angestellte auf mich eingeredet und gemeint, dass es nun mal so serviert wird und ICH extra das Dressing und eine Soße bestellen muss. Mir wurde auch nichts erstattet. Die Pommes waren ja auch gut, aber das eigentlich Hauptgericht war einfach schlecht plus wie gesagt die äußerst unhöflich Art und Weise wie mit mir umgegangen wurde. Vielleicht lag es auch daran, dass ich eine Frau bin und alleine bei ihnen war und es angesprochen habe. Ich wurde angeschaut, als wäre ich von einem anderen Planeten und würde sonst was verlangen. Vielleicht redet ihr mal mit euren Mitarbeitern und erklärt ihnen, wie es richtig...

Considering this is a burger joint in a food court, I thought the quality was great. I had a BBQ burger with bacon and egg and a side of pommes. The staff were friendly, the food tasted good, and the wait was reasonable. Cost was slightly high for the menu (compared to some big chains) but still cheaper than Five Guys. I’ll definitely return, if the mall is ever open again 😬

EDIT: Returned for a second time and the burger was nice, but what is it with German burger places and absolutely drenching the buns in various sauces? Let me decide if I want...
