If you want to see local germany people come to this place because the lady at the service is the most basic German Karen I’ve ever seen. This place will over charge you so check the prices before you pay. I asked for a salami pastry which had a €1.90 price tag in front of the whole row of salami pastries. When I asked why she charged me €3.20, she checked the price and said, that I had the pizza. So I asked her where the salami pastry was. She started yelling "no! No! No!" Dear tourists, it's the worst bakery in Berlin. The staff is unfriendly, the quality is bad and it's really overpriced.

Zusammengefasst: Man bekommt verfaulte Produkte, wird vom Personal ausgelacht, kriegt sein Geld nicht zurück und wird dann noch für Dumm verkauft.

Ich bin normalerweise ein Fan von den Kamps Bäckerei und war bei verschiedenen Filialen in Berlin. Aber diese Filiale ist wirklich nicht empfehlenswert.

Schon oft begegnete mir das Personal ziemlich unfreundlich, aber heute war es echt zu viel.

Ich habe ein Brie Brötchen (ca. 3€) und ein Früchtequark (ca. 3,50€). Die Früchte schmeckten schon vergoren und als ich den Quark zurückgeben wollte, nahm die Mitarbeiterin den Quark nach hinten, sagte die Früchte seien vergoren und lachte darüber mit den Kolleginnen.

Dann kam sie zurück und wollte den Kassenbon, den sie vorhin scheinbar auf die Theke gelegt hatte, sonst könnte sie mir das Geld nicht zurück geben. Obwohl ich mit dem Quark nicht den Laden verlassen hatte und ich ihn vor 10 Minuten bei ihr gekauft hatte. Sie rief die Chefin.

Diese wollte mir erklären, dass es gar nicht sein kann, da sie alles frisch bekommen und sie kann mir das Geld auch nicht ohne Kassenbon zurückgeben kann. Natürlich war es trotz Computerkassen nicht möglich den Bon nochmal auszudrucken.
