Lucy's is a wonderful place for coffee, meals, getting work done, and has a prime location. Though the food items on the menu sound enticing, they at times fall short in terms of flavor. For instance, while the egg white omelette was good, it wasn't particularly memorable. However, I appreciate their wide variety of health-conscious food options. Hard to come by in Berlin.
The main thing they need to improve is their order management system. Orders are placed at the counter, which isn't ideal but bearable, but the real issue arises when the staff member taking the order is also responsible for its preparation. This system gets even more problematic with their customizable menu items, as the customer-staff interaction is prolonged, causing other customers to wait even longer. This is particularly annoying during peak hours and for those only wanting to order a quick coffee.
I am sure there are plenty more, but two potential quick fixes to this issue:

Read moreLucy’s is such a cute and cozy place! It has a variety of different seating areas—whether you want to work, relax, or enjoy a meal, there’s always a comfortable spot for you. The indoor space is perfect for working, grabbing a drink, or having breakfast or lunch.
They offer a granola and bowls station, beautiful decoration, and even sell books and branded merchandise. The vibe is super chill, with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. It’s usually busy, which says a lot!
In summer, the garden is especially lovely—spacious, peaceful, and full of charm. The Wi-Fi is reliable for remote work, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming.

Great choice of food if you want to eat healthy especially the poached eggs. Would be nice to have a selection of dressings though for the buffet.
One point of frustration though is not having options for tap water even if you ask for it and after paying a lot for the food. I get it, you need to make money, but surely pricing in 5 cents for tap water shouldn’t be a big ask. Instead you are offered filtered water for 1.50 eur which ok is a fair price if you want filtered water, but I’m simply slight thirsty after eating the whole meal and drinking your coffee. I don’t need a whole bottle of filtered tap water. In some places glass of water is offered with a coffee by default.
Atmosphere is very nice though and suitable for lunch, meeting, study...
