Well well well what can I say about this fine establishment, as I enter I find my friend 9 pints deep in warsteiner, me being me stood their contemplating how I would get him to this Biffy Clyro gig in such a state that even 2 KFC's couldnt fix... First step double vodka redbull in which a fresh ice cold can would appear like a mirage in the desert, goes down faster that Silva after Jake Paul right hook, next another double and another and another, 8 double vodka redbulls later and ive caught him up i am now on a merry level to which my bladder decided it needed to go places only a man can go... the male bathroom. I entered and i realised these arent just any toilets, these are the Ritz toilets with flushable urinals something no englishman has ever seen... stumble up the stairs back the bar, sat there in abundance of thoughts pondering what shot i could push my friend over the edge with to be happily greeted by angelic voice of an Irishman "Do you want a pallet cleanser?" aghast i sit there and ask "what in the hell is that?" he then proceeds to enter a fridge filled with bottles of what i can only describe as the best tasting alcohol in existence "Berlinerluft" and yes you guessed it Peppermint as peppery as a Gordon Ramsey Beef Wellington, one shot at 40cl a size of which ive never seen and it goes down an absolute treat. 3 later and i am flying out the door into an uber to a biblical, celestial, magestical, sensational Biffy Clyro gig. I will return to Murphys as its single handedly the best...

Read moreCame here to watch the football. And planned on having some food here. The young girl who served us originally was lovely, very attentive and friendly. We ordered drinks initially, and then when she brought the drinks over, we asked her if a specific game would be shown there. She said she would ask her boss. As she didnt come back with any info, my partner tried to catch the attention of the man, who i assume is the owner, by saying “excuse me” as he walked past. He initially didn’t acknowledge my partner, but then came back 30 seconds later with a blank look on his face, my partner asked if this particular game would be on. The man then flapped his hands and said something in german and immediately walked off. Very dismissive and extremely rude. We also watched him shouting at one of his young staff and pointing in his face as soon as he’d started work. We obviously decided at this point, to pay our bill and not spend anymore time or money in there. And judging by this mans replies to reviews on here, he clearly isnt very qualified to work in a customer facing business. Awful man. And i fully expect an immature reply to this review, as he seems not to be able to take any criticism at all. So...
