Ristorante Lungomare — Restaurant in Berlin

Wir sind aus Baden-Württemberg im Urlaub in Berlin. Schwaben essen sehr gut und gern . Wir waren jeden Abend essen in Berlin, während unserer ein wöchigen Reise in Berlin. Ob Inder , Steakhouse , oder das Alex Restaurant , alles war von hervorragender Qualität und der Service war überall sehr gut . Was uns jedoch heute Abend erwartet hat war in negativen Sinn nicht zu topen. Doch bevor wir unser negatives Erlebnis schildern, möchten wir mit den guten Dingen beginnen . Die telefonische Bestellung des Tisches verlief problemlos. Ebenso war der Empfang sehr freundlich. Wir hatten zuerst einen sehr kleinen Platz zwischen den zwei Räumlichkeiten. Konnten jedoch einen besseren Tisch in dem Nebenzimmer bekommen. Hier machte es den Eindruck, als ob hier die ausgewählten Stammgäste platziert würden . Der Umgang des Personals mit den Gästen wirkte sehr vertraut und freundlich. Unsere Getränke ließen etwas auf sich warten. Das Lokal war aber gut gefüllt und dies für uns kein Problem. Unsere Vorspeise Bruscetta war sehr lecker 😋 und schön angerichtet . Das Hauptessen Spaghetti 🍝 mit Scampi 🍤 und Zucchini sehr gut . Das Essen meines Mannes Spaghetti mit Octopus, war auch sehr gut . Am Nebentisch befand sich eine große Familie mit Kindern in mittleren Alter . Die so wie es wirkte Stammgäste waren, aber sich als solche durch ihr Benehmen auch kenntlich gemacht haben . Deren Töchter waren eine einzige Beleidigung für den Nachtisch der serviert wurde . Selbiger wurde zermatscht und über Teller und Tisch , nebst Stühlen verteilt . Eine Begegnung der dritten Art. Und eine komplette Geringschätzung des Essens. DOCH DIE EIGENTLICHE TRAGÖDIE BEGINNT JUST IN DIESEM MOMENT. DER KELLNER HAT BEGONNEN DEN TISCH ABZURÄUMEN.

ER HAT SICH DAS BESTECK ANGESEHEN UND ES EINZELN IN DIE FÄCHER EINSORTIERT. ES WURDE NICHT ZUM SPÜLEN GEBRACHT .

ZU DIESEM ZEITPUNKT HATTEN WIR UNSEREN HAUPTGANG NOCH NICHT . DIE FREUE DARÜBER WAR SCHON GETRÜBT. ZUMAL JA GAR NICHT KLAR WAR OB UNSER BESTECK 🍴 ZUVOR AUCH SCHON AUF EINEM ANDEREM TISCH LAG !!!!

JETZT KOMMT DER HAUPTGANG : VOM KELLNER SERVIERT , ER HAT UNS DAS BESTECK VON DEM VORSPEISEN GANG WEGGENOMMEN . UND WOLLTE UNS BESTECK AUS DEM KASTEN GEBEN , IN DAS ER ZUVOR DAS BESTECK , DAS AUF DEM NEBENTISCH LAG EINGERÄUMT HAT. SELBIGES HABEN WIR DURCH DEUTLICHE INTERVENTIONEN VERHINDERT. WIR HABEN DEN KELLNER HÖFLICH ABER BESTIMMT AUF SEINEN FEHLER AUFMERKSAM GEMACHT . ER VERNEINTE SELBIGES ZUERST .

UND WOLLTE UNS NOCH IMMER UNSER BESTECK VON UNSERM TISCH IN BESTECK AUS DER SCHUBLADE MIT UNGEWISSEM INHALT UMTAUSCHEN.

ÄWIR HABEN EINDRÜCKLICH PROTESTIERT UND UNSER BESTECK ZURÜCK ERHALTEN. DIE FREUDE JEDOCH WAR IRGENDWIE VORBEI! SOLLTE IN DER HEUTIGEN ZEIT SOWAS NICHT ABSOLUT TABU 🚫 SEIN ‼️ HERPES UND CORONA SCHEINEN WOHL NICHT MEHR ZU EXISTIEREN. SCHON ALLEINE DER EKEL VON DEM SCHLAMPERTISCH NEBEN UNS DAS BESTECK ZU BEKOMMEN. ECHTER GRUSELFAKTOR. DER KELLNER SCHOB ES DANN AUF SEINE VERGESSLICHKEIT . OBWOHL ER ES ZUVOR ABGESTRITTEN HAT . AB JETZT SIEHT DER KELLNER AN UNS VORBEI . UND IST SICHTLICH FROH DAS WIR NICHTS MEHR WÜNSCHEN UND ZAHLEN WOLLEN UNS SCHNELLST MÖGLICH LOS ZU WERDEN! WIR HÄTTEN GERN NOCH EINEN ESPRESSO UND EINEN NACHTISCH GENOMMEN. ABER IRGENDWIE WAR IHNEN DAS ALLES EGAL . KEIN ES TUT UNS LEID ODER IRGEND WAS. Einfach nichts und geht mal schnell . Und das wäre sicherlich auch etwas anders gegangen. Und dann die Diskrepanz zwischen Stammgäste und einfach den Urlaubern die auch gut und gern essen gehen . Der Nachbartisch mit den desaströsen Kindern wurden mit Umsonst Grappa verwöhnt . Was im Grunde ein feiner Zug ist . Jedoch Gäste so deutlich spüren zu lassen die ja , du nicht , geht gar nicht . Fehler sind kein Verbrechen, Doch der Umgang damit zeichnet den Gastronomen aus . Hier etwas mehr Freundlichkeit und Ehrlichkeit, wäre toll gewesen . Und zu guter letzt hätten wir uns ob dieses Fehlers, auch etwas mehr...

Horrible restaurant worst service I have ever had, they forgot half our order, totally forgot the anti pasti, brought the main course after which the wanted to bring the caprese. Told my wife that it would be best to leave after our main meal but she wanted her coffee and tiramisu, so we ordered two coffees and one tiramisu! What a surprise they forgot the Tiramisu. I asked for the bill at which point the overstressed waiter remembered the tirramisu which he then wanted to bring, told him that we were no longer interested. So he brought the bill with the tirramisu on it and asked me to deduct the charge from the total. I have never seen a more disorganized bunch ever. I think they survive from regulars I have serious doubts that they can get new customers. Amazing I should have expected the worst after they brought the table next to ours the bill for the food we had ordered, which we had not yet received. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK,...

Bread was from the local Lidl (bake off) shredded parmesan from Lidl as well, with a seriuos bad olive oil. Can't prove it, but it looked the same, and was blend in taste. I had tagliatelle with fresh truffles and the truffles was the only ingredient that was tasty. Way to much salt in the dish, so I had to leave half a dish when I left. My daughter had a boring, wet pizza, and my son had a lasagne, half the size of a regular portion/size. The staff was arrogant and didn't show any interest in the guests.

Only reason for two stars was the price. Cheap, but I wouldn't go there again, unless...
