Went two times (second one with my gf) to avoid submitting my review on a single bad day. As a Eurasian couple we have lived across South East Asia for many years before and would have loved to have an alternative to always cooking ourselves within 5 min walk from our home.
We had a curry, a and 'dry' rice dishes and non-alcoholic drinks. On both occasions, I was not impressed. Actually the opposite.
Place uses egg noodles which might be valuable info for vegans.
It is a Vietnamese restaurant (hence its name) They cook vietnamese (you judge yourself whether they do it well compared to the 6 alternatives within 1 km). I tried all and this is the first restaurant ever in Berlin where I gave the food back, paid and left.
There is no menu on the website. The blabla on "South East Asian" food there speaks for itself. If you can't get a single dish right, don't water it down to fusion or South East Asian.

We tried many other Vegan Asian restaurants in Berlin, and this restaurant is certainly our top pick!
A big plus is the chef is very friendly, always smiling and at times serving dishes to us too. The waitresses are all nice and friendly. We enjoyed outdoor dining, very quiet even when its location right in the middle...

And it just happened to be one of the few nearest places to our hotel that was still open and looked interesting in food offering. When it comes to food, especially asian food, if you are looking for delicious stuff, then skip the fancy looking and sounding places. Great food is made in places where all the attention goes to the making, and as such not much is left for ambience. This place is the epitomy of that. The food is just magnificently delicious, served in an appetizing way by a friendly staff. If good food is all you are looking for, then come to this little hidden gem in the...
