Read moreI rarely write reviews but this cafe is absolutely wonderful. The staff are so accommodating and lovely. They went above and beyond for us. We visited 5 times in the 5 days we were in Berlin. It really is THAT good! Highly recommend the French Toast Cruffin with fruit and the Strawberry Milkshake. The mint tea is also great, it's served as a loose leaf tea infusion which tastes so fresh. Perfect for cold winter days. You should also definitely try the Pinsa (like a pizza, very nice). The atmosphere is just perfect, especially in the middle of the week. Note that its a busy place, especially at the weekend, and theres one server doing all the work out among the tables (he's so friendly and kind). We could see he was very busy and doing his best to accommodate everyone. His hard work and the work of everyone behind the counter was noticed and very much appreciated, thank you for making our time in Berlin a lovely one! If we are in Berlin again, we will return and will highly recommend your cafe to everyone who...
Read moreA little out of the hustle and bustle of Alexanderplatz but still in the bumpin' area, this cafe has a ton of seating and menu options. Whether you're coming here for a coffee in the morning or a beer in the evening (or vice versa, no judgment), you can sit inside or outside and enjoy the atmosphere. There are lots of tables inside and even tucked away in the back, it's very serene with the music and people watching. You can even bring your laptop to do some light work since there's free WiFi (though it is a wide open network, if you're concerned about security). The outside can get busy/packed, but it's worth it to enjoy the first sunny days of spring when Berliners are finally able to enjoy the outdoors without their faces hurting. Pro-tip: wait for the service to come by to order. Don't use the QR code on the table. The waiters are all really friendly and happy to help -- you just might have to flag them down every so often as this place can get busy. All in all, a great spot to hang out...
