HOT Restaurant Café — Restaurant in Berlin

Ordered multiple meals parts of our meals were delivered to the table about 30 minutes after ordering. We had reservations somewhere else and when we asked for the rest to go they apologized but ran around for another ten minutes. I asked for a refund because now we are late to our reservation. They ran back. I waited one more minute and the rest of my group said we had to go so I ended having to leave without a refund or our food! Don’t go if you need be anywhere within an hour or 2. We were in fact FUKD!

Edited to give an update……….. we went from Fukd to UNFUKD! Incredible customer service. After we finished with our prior reservation we returned to the restaurant to request a refund. Not only were we given a full refund but the owner apologized and offered make our entire order fresh. We actually felt bad about the whole experience because the food was truly delicious and the atmosphere has a great vibe. The “CloudEatery” is placed near Alexanderplatz and Berliner Dom. The location is great, the place was almost empty around 2pm. The service wasn’t the best, the lady behind the counter said that you can order online via QR code, but it felt like she REALLY WANTED us to order online, not in a traditional way. The atmosphere is quite different, if to take average restaurant during lunch time, however the order was ready really quick and food was MEEEEGA delicious, i can proudly announce that it was the best lunch i had in Berlin. Very cool place. It looks very fun and modern and the staff is very kind and always making sure you are liking everything. I like the concept of scanning a qr code and ordering on your phone, it makes buying food a lot easier for people (like me) who don‘t really like interacting with others or who are socially awkward. I do think there should be the option to pay in cash regardless because some people don‘t have cards or don‘t have access to it for the moment so the possibility to pay in cash is still very important.
