한국어는 영어 다음에 적어놨습니다. It's gonna be the first time I have ever criticized a restaurant. As you can see my previous reviews in other restaurants, I have not made a lot of reviews. I give a comment on a restaurant as long as I am impressed by the restaurant in terms of positive statement.

Today around 6pm, my wife and I visited this restaurant and we took one of the tables on which there was NO notification 'reserved table'. We have waited for 20 minutes to be served but a waitress came to us, giving us an attitude and insisting we were sitting on the reserved table and told us, not asked, aggressively to change the table. She could have asked nicely if we could change a table because it could have been that one of staffs accidentally hadn't placed the reservation card on the table. After that happening, we have lost our appetite and left the restaurant. I have no idea how tasty foods are from it, however, I can assume that the restaurant's foods are as terrible as its service.

That is extremely frustrating that I have to give at least one star on this restaurant, because it doesn't deserve any star. I have lost my five minutes in order to write the review, but I am doing it due to prevent a potential victim from visiting there.

간단하게 설명 해드릴게요. 저녁쯤 아내랑 같이 방문했고 들어가니 종업원 한명이 아무때나 앉으라고 하길래 쭉 테이블 보니 몇몇 자리가 예약된 자리라고 표시를 해 뒀더라고요. 그래서 그 자리들 피해서 창가쪽 자리 착석했는데.... 20분 동안 쭉 기다렸건만 한 여종업원이 뒤에 손님 두분 데리고 오더니만 여기 예약된 자리인데 왜 앉아 있는거냐며 시비거는 말투로 (해외여행 경력만 9년째임 독일어 영어 유창하게 합니다. 대충 들어도 이건 분명히 짜증 섞인 말투였습니다.)'늬들 여기 왜 앉아있어? 여기 예약된 자리인데? 여기 말고 딴데 앉아' 라고 아주 띠껍게 말했습니다. 뭐 물론 하루종일 일하면서 일 스트레스 받을수 있다고 생각합니다. 그렇다고 이런식으로 문전박대 하면 안되죠. 그리고 덧붙여 말하자면, 다른직원이 예약관리 하는 도중에 오류 난 것일수도 있는데 확인도 안하고 빨리 꺼지라는 식으로 말해서 정말 기분 제대로 잡쳤습니다. 물론 그 뒤로 음식 시키지도 않고 나왔구요. 피크 시간인데 손님도 별로 없고 음식 수준은 안봐도 비디오네요. 가끔씩 레스토랑 리뷰하는데 이번이 비관적으로 쓰는건 처음이네요. 리뷰 쓰는데 시간이 아까웠지만, 저희 부부처럼 당하지 마시라고 이렇게 리뷰 남깁니다. 그래도 꼭 방문해보고 싶다면 백문이불여일견이라고... 한번 가 보십시오. 하나는...

I went here with an american friend. I knew this place from Frankfurt, there is a good one at the Airport. I got inside and we got to a table. After 10 minutes a, as we felt really unfriendly server asked us for drinks. We went for the breakfast buffet and an included tiny orange juice. As we got to the buffet we recognised that everything looked a little bit burned. And so did it taste... When we looked at the plates, we saw that those were dirty... so we picked up the only one that seemed clean. And what we found beneath it brought it to the peak. The plate had gums in between it and the next plate. So then we waited for 30min for somebody to arrive at our table to clean the table and ask for the check. And that person arrived after we asked for it at the front of the restaurant. He was really nice and we told him our problem. He then said that he is going to get his manager, and so he did. She was the unfriendly server from the beginning of our experience! We told her the problems and she just talks down at us and basically tries to tell us, that those are stupid excuses to pay less money. At the end I recognised that there is no reason to discuss with somebody who can't even see their own mistakes. So all I did was pay the check and left. While we where leaving we heard her talking bad about us with her servers. I completely didn't understand that and I feel as if that is the worst service we ever had. I can't understand why some people still eat at this place.

The worst place I have ever been to.

We decided to go there to have some nice drinks and dinner. After being dimissively pointed to any table we wanted, we had to wait more than 15 minutes for anyone to take our orders. When I kindly asked where the bathroom was, a waitress just showed the direction without even looking at me, which I found extremely rude. The first drink, the one of my friend arrived after at least 15 more minutes and mine at least 10 minutes after his. Like if it was not possible to bring them both at once and in a reasonable amoubt of time?! After waiting more than 30 minutes for our food without any info, we asked to our waiter, who as soon as we asked completely ignored us without repling until I pointed out how rude it was. He told us 5 minutes witout checking. Another 15 minutes later, we asked again and he told us he got confirmation that in 5-6 min our food should be there. When I pointed out how rude it was to telm us a time withiut checking, our waiter did not realky apologize. Another 10 minutes later we decided that we already waited long enough and we left on an empty stomach.

I have been to restaurant in various countries but this is the single worst experience I ever had and I would not recomment the place to anyone. There are far better places in the area and definitly not...
