We wanted to eat at a restaurant instead of the food at the stalls, so ‘Peters Brauhaus’ was our first choice. Unfortunately there was a long line outside so my girlfriend found another nice place called Oma’s Kuche.

After waiting approximately 5 minutes outside, we were escorted inside and seated next to two other foreign girls. We ordered a beer, coke, a Turkey Schnitzel and a Bradwürst. After waiting for almost 40 minutes and seeing our order first sitting on the counter whilst afterwards being served to the ladies on the table next to us (whilst them looking confused but taking sips) we asked to doublecheck if our order was still in progress, but unfortunately they apparently somehow lost our order. The waiter first asked us from whom we ordered, after telling him and passing our order through again, we waited another 15 minutes, no drinks arrived. Then again the first waiter took our order and apologized numerous times. We received our drinks within 5-10 minutes but the food still took 20 minutes. As we were about to leave 1,5 hours in, the food came and we enjoyed the taste, but were horrified of the experience. We also felt incredibly sorry for the girls next to us, seeing they had to share one meal, because the waiter had to tell them the soup, which they ordered 1,5 hours ago, was sold out.

In conclusion: It seems that all the waiters are taking orders, serving and altogether are passing orders to the kitchen, which results in a chaotic way of walking back and forth from the counter, to the tables and the kitchen, which perhaps resulted in the loss of our order and not being able to remember the...

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to this place because of the reviews written here but I would never recommend it to anyone. They have 0 sense of costumer service. We came in, my parents and myself, sat down and we waited 10 min to receive our menus, after receiving the menus we waited another 15 mins for the waitress to come and take our orders but he never came. He would pass by and look at our table, there was another lady that was serving but she didn’t even acknowledge us. I was frustrated so I went to the front and ask the waitress to please come and take our orders, he just said ‘yeah, I come’, he never came. I waited another 5 mins at my table, I was looking at him from my table and he literally said ‘come here and order’, I got up and told him I was not coming to the front desk to order, he was supposed to come to my table to get my order like the rest of the costumers. So...

Saw this little quant place and thought we would have a quick beer. The people seemed lovely and the menu prices seemed very reasonable, so we thought we'd have a meal here. What a disappointment it turned out to be. I ordered the meatloaf and got a different meal altogether, what I didn't actually mind as it was OK. On ordering a bottle of wine as the bill will show we were charged 42 euros for a chardonnay not a pinot gregio what is 6 euro in the local supermarket.. come on 42 euro in a small side st cafe? On top of this we were hit with a tax of 13.70 euro what wasn't mentioned at all. I thought these people were genuine, I was wrong. Be careful with this pavement café please .

I was sooooo in the mood for mashed potatoes and I saw this was only served with blood sausage. All the other dishes were served with baked potatoes. So I ordered the blood sausage dish. But I didn't get mashed potatoes, I got baked potatoes as well! That's not delicious at all with a bloody sausage! I told the woman I expected mashed potatoes, but she said it wasn't available. Bad service that she didn't tell me in advance because then I wouldn't have ordered that bloody sausage!! Even the women next to us confirmed it's supposed to be served with mashed potatoes. Only when she took our plates she offered me a free drink. I kindly declined.
