I had dinner here tonight with my friends, we were hungry and arrived at this place. The moment we came in we were unfriendly and sent somewhere unclear, we had to put some tables together ourselves and she came to the table looking super grumpy. We wanted to order something and she thought it was going too slowly, so she started telling us to hurry up, she was always unfriendly because we didn't speak German well, she became very frustrated that we were speaking English. she never came to ask anything and was just staring at us. I don't even want to start about the food as I had to pay 15 euros for a super small portion of pasta which I finished after 5 minutes. I wouldn't have guessed at the time of paying, something incredibly surprising happened, due to the poor service we decided not to tip and they didn't agree with this. she kept saying we had to pay tip and wouldn't let us pay the normal amount, at this point she started making racist comments. she said that we had to go back to our own country and we had to pay in cash without a tip, which we refused because we wanted to pay by card. Finally, after a long discussion, she let us pay the amount without tip with card and she called the police because we did not tip. very lovely restaurant, tasty food and nice atmosphere. Me and my sister ordered a beef lasagne and a spinach cannelloni because I am vegetarian, the waiter that brought the food out told us which dish was which (both look similar and covered in sauce) and we started to eat, i realised i was eating meat. i called the waiter over to ask for my dish to be replaced in the right food i wanted and instead of a simple apology he argued with us before finally getting me a knew one. I didn't expect to be argued with for his error, it ruined the night completely and after that he ignored our table when we wanted more drinks. we had to go inside ask to pay and we went somewhere else.
