I was looking for a nice place to try Eierschecke and found the just right spot. They offer a menü with Eierschecke, coffee, milk, and egg liquor. It is a Christmas menu and feels great in cold winter. Cake was really good, layers of tasty ingredients hit taste buds. Coffee was nice, not too strong and becomes amazing with adding some milk. Toward the end of our Dresden city walking tour, we were feeling a bit tired and the weather had turned chilly, so we stopped by for a cup of sweet hot chocolate. This is a cute little cafe belonging to the Camondas chocolate shop. It really has a special menu for chocolate lovers and nougat lovers with all the coffee specialties and of course lots of cakes and desserts. The seating is cosy enough the room looks great however who came up with the idea of self-service. Wouldn't it be just gorgeous to have staff in white shirts and chocolate brown vests.
