Next level disappointing. Honestly, the food was a huge letdown. The meat had no flavor at all — dry, chewy, and tasted like it had been sitting around for a while. Absolutely not worth the money. The noodles were lukewarm and bland. It’s frustrating because I really wanted to like this place. The service was okay, and the atmosphere was decent enough — that’s the only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1. We ordered Uyghur tea, Achchiq much quruq (17) and manta. The tea was incredibly salty. Tasted more like seawater than Uyghur tea. Achchiq was even worse. It was like eating pure salt with some meat and ridiculous amount of Sichuan pepper. At some point my tongue was hurting from salt and my mouth was numb from the Sichuan pepper. We were wondering whether the cook had forgotten to taste it or just had COVID Finally Manta. Also no hope here. The dough was overcooked and meat quality was awful. They used the cheapest cut with cartilage and all connective tissues that had unpleasant lamb flavor and was not properly seasoned. For the amount we paid, they could have used better meat. We ordered Achichiq much quruq, it was too salty and too spicy. I tried to compensate it with the Uyghur tea but it was even worst, like drinking sea water. We requested to change the Uyghur tea with less salt and the staff explained to us that it is supposed to have salt. I am aware that Uyghur tea has salt, but literally it was salt with tea instead of tea with salt. The manta, meat was hard and low quality.
