Coffee Fellows - Kaffee, Bagels, Frühstück — Restaurant in Dusseldorf

My recent visit to Coffee Fallows left me incredibly disappointed and frustrated. Despite the appealing atmosphere and the promise of a good cup of coffee, the abysmal customer service overshadowed any positive aspects.

It's disheartening to encounter such blatant rudeness in a service-oriented establishment. Instead of being greeted with a smile or even basic courtesy, after I waited for my coffee 15 minutes and asked about my coffee I was met with eye-rolls and sighs as if I didn't pay for my coffee in a coffee shop and waited for alms.

Overall, Coffee Fallows needs to improve in customer service...

I'm a regular visitor and honestly don't want the place to be too crowded, but i find it really lovely and still wanted to leave a review.
