Delhi Height — Restaurant in Dusseldorf

Well, its definitely the taste that is kind of same you get in India... No doubts about it... We ordered Samosas, and it came beautifully presented in a plate with Tamarind Chutney, Yoghurt, pieces of tomatoes and onions giving the kick of the Samosa Chat. Something new that we usually get in other Indian restaurants... For main course it was Garlic Naan and Paneer Butter Masala and Mix Vegetable and both were equally delicious... The gravy was thick and tasty unlike just a tomato gravies that you get in other Indian restaurants... I found Garlic Naan a little similar to flat bread rather than authentic tandoor naan, but soft and tasty enough. Service was little slow though but no complains as it was a weekend where generally restaurants are full... All in all Delhi Heights in a great place to satisfy your Indian taste buds... and one among very few that serves authentic taste unlike others who have majorly customised their food based on local...

I ordered food last night from here via their website. Although the delivery Was seamless firstly there is only an option of cash payment on the website. We ordered dal makhani and the chicken tikka. The chicken tikka portion size was quite disappointing given the price and the box had more raw vegetables in the box than chicken pieces. Haven eaten similar dishes at other restaurants, I felt quite cheated. Putting all that aside the chicken was not marinated or cooked well and was extremely dry and not authentic. I am a person that has probably ordered this dish in every Indian restaurant in India and here and will definitely not be ordering this again.

The dal makhni seemed okay in the 1st bite but had less salt. It wasn't terrible but wasn't the best, I found some of the pre mixes better tasting than this.

So sadly this place is a miss for us and was yet again a fail at finding goof authentic...

Liked the food. They have variety to chose from and also dishes have that flavor. It’s not easy to find Indian flavor in Europe but they have good spicy masaledar variety. Would definitely visit again. And recommend to people visiting Düsseldorf and craving for good flavor Indian food. Also May be 1 star less is because if there can be a little more quantity. All in all place is nice ambience is good small cozy comfortable indian food restaurant. Guys do checkout if ur craving good Indian flavor. Their service is also nice. Not a long wait period and staff is polite and friendly. They help u with menu and in choosing options incase u cannot decide what you want to have. Their tadka daal was full of flavours. Loved it so much. Also their Kadhai paneer is too good. Had nice scrumptious food after a good time. Thanks Delhi heights for...
