小尾羊 Little Lamb HotPot & Grill 杜塞尔多夫 — Restaurant in Dusseldorf

We started going to this restaurant a few years ago. Their service was never good but now even worse. We came today with 8 people. We made a reservation one day before and they said we could get a table at 20:30. We arrived around 20:00, the restaurant was just so full. Only 1-2 smaller table got empty but soon got occupied again. No chance we could get a bigger table for 8 people at all. What dissapointing and upsetting was they didn't care about us at all. They mentioned all kind of table for 5 people but of course we didn't want to sit on separate tables. And anyway until 21:15 there was no table free at all for us, not even a smaller one.

This restaurant today was full with westerners, who after dinner never left their tables but still continued drinking. And the restaurant never gave any time limit to a bigger table so that we could use the table.

The kitchen would be close at 21:30 but at 21:15 we still have not got any table yet. And they never tried to arrange any table for us. A very ignorant service people because thinking in winter their restaurant is so full already, they don't care about 8 more people who gave efforts to already book a table one day before and came half an hour earlier.

Wait until winter when people won't come eating hotpot anymore, this restaurant will obviously be empty.

A pity... we are long time customers but the service is really...

We were there on the 5th February. So, a Saturday. With reservation. Service was under any expectation. They cannot explain how it works. They cannot assist( when someone is there for the first time). They should tell at the phone, when you reserve a table- that they CLOSE the kitchen sooo early. Because it's hot pot. And you have to COOK all those raw ingredients. Our evening was ruined, we all lost appetite because it was super chaotic. Just bad service. We cannot talk about food, because basically you have to cook it on your own. That soup base was OK. And let's not forget, PRICES!!!! Never again. When you internally know, as a company, that your own resources (tablets) are not working properly, and internet is bad in some areas, let one service employee assist.
