KYTO Coffee Wehrhahn — Restaurant in Dusseldorf

I am a customer who visits this cafe almost everyday. Today, my cafe latte had too little milk, so I told that to the barista, and a barista said that this is the amount they usually serve. But I know what usually I get, and compare to those more than 100 cafe latte, it was obvious that the milk is too little.

And she said that she would only give me more milk if I said “PLEASE”. I paid for the cafe latte, and I asked her the amount I normally receive, but WHY DO I HAVE TO SAY PLEASE? I am not a beggar and she is not my teacher.

I was so disappointed, and she did not even apologize. Instead, she raised her voice and said that my attitude is not nice. BUT WHO START FIRST? This kind of service is not appropriate at all.

probably the best flat white I had during my visit. The location is quite comfortable with a very friendly staff. Their espresso and milk based beverages are all created with high attention to detail with the San Remo behind the bar. At the bar you will find packages of coffee for sale as well as several homemade pastry options. The caramel brownie cheesecake was incredible. The toilets are not very accessible, which is the only downside in terms of accessibility. The seating is limited, but comfortable. There are very nice and comfortable day bed like seating at the front of the store that will allow you to kick back and people watch out of the large windows, or simply enjoy your beverage and food in a bit more comfort. A beautiful little gem in this busy transit area. Easily accessible, right at the exit from Pempelforter Straße tram station, the cute little street café opens out further into the house, revealing more seating space. Great for co-working (which most of the clientele seems to be out for) with power outlets, freely accessible and well working Wi-Fi. They accept credit cards - all points ticked off. Beautiful place, tasty coffee (milk alternatives charged extra … but they shall be forgiven), pleasant background music.
